I avoided spicy foods and food that causes gas. I took Gas-Ex from time to time when the gas pain was severe. I took Pepto Bismol when I had diarrhea and cramping. I also took over the counter acid reducers for heartburn. My recommendation is to ask for a referral right away to a gynecologist and find out what other tests should be completed to further evaluate and treat the cyst.
I am suffering with Gas problems for 3-4 years. Excess gas forming and much odor (bad smell) and this make me upset. I consulted with many doctors and they have given me different medications during these period. There is no stomach pain and there is no indigestion problems. There is little bit problems for Piles, and motion is not normal.
I live in bama too. About as far south as you can get before getting to the beach lol. Its super hot but I would much rather the warmth than the cold lol but I too want all the fall foods. Makes me ready for thanksgiving!
The new things, however, are that I now, especially after eating meals with high bread content, wake up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain...get gas pains, eventually it turns into diarrhea and horrible gas pains, and usually passes within a few hours. By the next morning, it is usually back to normal. This only seems to have happened at night, and happens after eating things like pasta, bread, etc.
t have a clue by that time that it was gas pains, it was only until March that I really, really became bloated that I finally knew that it was a gas problem. I suddenly gained weight, and no matter how many or little I eat, I still get bloated. I tried taking digestive enzymes and betaine hydrochloride, but it doesn't seem to do the trick. What can I do to get rid of this bloating?
Recently diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomyosis, scar tissue from 3 csections with my organs stuck together (don’t know the extent-there was a language barrier with the doc) I recently started having very loud stomach noises and rumblings especially in the morning-not related to being hungry. Many times I will also have bad gas and passing a lot of mucus only with the gas (no blood that I can see) I have constipation but do also have Normal sized bowel movements from time to time.
I have alot of post nasal drip and have been googling that and have seen that it can cause stomach problems and gas as it is difficult for the body to break down the mucus (yuck!). I had sinus surgery last year and have been going back to my ENT doctor as I'm still having problems - he sent me to an allergist. I went yesterday and was surprised that the scratch test for everything came back negative. I have to get the shot test in 2 weeks.
Have they ever considered Irritable Bowel Syndrome? Read about it. Only a very good physician will recoginze it. Also, trapped gas because of the location of the descending colon. Try Gas X for several days. Monitor your diet to see which foods make it worse. Typically dairy and red meat are the worse.
Are your having diahrrea? The bloating is probably gas, which is causing the pressure in your chest, or maybe heartburn or both. Activated charcoal capsules from the health food store can help with the pressure/bloated feeling from the gas, as well as with loose stools. Take them 2 hrs before or after meds or vitamins. You feel better after you poop because all that pressure is finally being released.
And also I have a lot of gas at night and in the mornings as well would that be a symptom of ulcer and gastritis too
My stomach bilge gas, has always been a meal also can appear sometimes sore throat symptoms of the foreign body sensation, this may be a cancer of the stomach

Have a baby lol jk. Don't eat or drink anything dairy and don't drink caffeine.
Back in October I had a episode of sickness with bloated/gassy feeeling in gut/stomach which caused nausea/dizzyness, further eating caused severe bloating/gas (burping/flatulence) and I also had some anxiety (swallowing air) and a feeling of early fullness during eating. I took Motilium (domperidone) which got me back to normal.
In december the same thing happened, but without vomitting /anxiety. This time it went away by itself.
Urinary tract infection, urinary bladder infection, gas in gut, severe acidity, Crohn’s, IBS, food allergies etc all cause cramps.

I went to the doctor about a week ago and told him everything. I forgot to ask for a breath test though. He gave me a prescription for Omeprazole 20 mg when I told him I'd been taking it, so insurance pays for most of it now. In July I am supposed to go back if I don't get any better, which I don't think I will. He said he will take an x-ray then (barium x-ray I assume). This stuff isn't getting worse and I have stopped worrying about what it is (for the most part).
Lately i have been having digestive problems, i have had diarrhea, and just loose stool, also i have had leg cramps that wake me up in the middle of the night for the past 3 nights straight, i'm always tired and often have fatigue, a lot of times i have nausea too. I get stomach cramps too and i'm underweight by a lot but i can eat almost 2500 calories a day and a healthy diet and not gain weight. i have gone to 2 doctors but none of them seem to know whats wrong.
