Common Questions and Answers about Gas pain testicles

gas

No fever, night sweats, blood, pain when urinating or ejaculating. I have been having pain in my testicles over the last two weeks. The pain rotates between the two testicles it usually happens when I am sitting down or sometimes laying on my stomach. Often if there is pain I can walk it off or shift positions and it goes away. Sometimes when I feel pain in my testicles I feel like there is pressure in my stomach and I feel like I need to fart or defacate when I do the pain goes away.
I took the meds on monday. Discharge has gone away but now I feel pain in my testicles and a shooting pain in my groin and its still uncomfortable when I urinate. I also have some lower abdominal discomfort. Kind of like cramps. This kind of all started when I was in south american a month ago and was in some water in the jungle. I remember urinating in the water and the next day feeling sore and the tip of my penis. Could this be related?? What could this be? Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure, but it sounds kind of like my husband's problem and that is kidney stones. He complains of similar pain, plus low back pain. If not that, it could be a stomach virus type of thing. Give it a few days, then go to the doctor if it still bothers you.
I went and say a urologist and we had a ultra sound done and he said it was more blood pushing through it then normal, but nothing to worry about. Then I notice a month later a pea size bump on my right and left testicles, but inside the epididymis at the head. We had that check also with an ultra sound for cancer. Along with the bumps there is a hard vein in the spermatic cord that goes all the way into my abdomen.
I have a few different GI symptoms that are possibly related: 1. Soft stool I can't remember the last time it wasn't. Sometimes it is just soft and there's no trouble getting it out. Often it's sticky and hard to clean, which is really frustrating. Often I'll have smelly gas. Sometimes it's hard to push out and there are just small pieces.
Hi, I am 30yr old guy and i am having pain in my left testicles (not exactly testicles , in a nerve around it). This pain goes in left leg and in left groin area. The pain (stabbing) goes to middle left and right back. i feel the pain in my surrounding area of my left eye as well. I am experiencing this pain from last 6-7 years. I consulted doctors they suggested some medicine and several blood tests, ultrasound.
Hello everyone, for awhile now i've had fairly sensative testicles, in regards to touching them or bumping them. It's not really pain at all, it's more so sensative. When they are tight, or i should say when the scrotum is tight they aren't really as sensative, which is obviously in part due to the fact that they're harder to bump or hit when they're pulled up. Anyway, i have a couple questions 1.
Recently i have very intense recurring pain in my left testicle for usually ( few seconds) followed by slight pain or gas movement in lower abdomen. The pain is intense to be unbearable. I can also see few pimple like bumps on my left testicle . After urination, i feel inflammation.
Hi, for a several weeks now, i have been having mild testicular pain(right testicle), and a little bit of pain in my lower right back and groin that seem to be occuring at the same time. Lately ive been passing a lot of gas, and i have had some diarhea and a little constapation. I went to see my doctor b4 the gas she said i might have epidiymitis and told me to rest. It felt better after a while but i recently traveled to a different part of the country and i havent been able to contact her.
Hi Welcome to the forum! Pain both in lower abdomen and testis can be due to UTI, stone, colitis and even IBS. Pain in testicle could be due to infection, like prostatitis, epididymitis or orchitis. Get a culture sensitivity test for both semen and urine done. It could be due to cancer of testis. It could be due to varicocele or spermatocele. An ultrasound of the testicles will diagnose cancer, varicocele and spermatocele. If the symptoms persist you may need to consult an urologist.
Yes, you can have back pain due to spinal nerve compression that can radiate to testicles. Other than this pain due to hernia and kidney stone can radiate from lower back/side of abdomen to the testicles. gas in abdomen can also behave similarly. It is important you get this evaluated by your doctor again. Take care! The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you.
But even before that i have had this pain in my lower left side of my stomach. I have had tests done and they have found nothing. The pain comes and goes. Usually after i eat something and walk around it gets very painful. I no there is obviously something going on. i just don't understand why they can't find anything. Could you possibly give me some answers?
So i was told I have two small kidney stones and have most likely recently passed a third. What kind of pain can I expect and is the pain I'm having normal? I've been having some pain in the lower stomach and right testicle when I wake up which usually goes away after I go to the bathroom. Then after being on my feet for 3-5 hours it starts again and gradually gets worse until I'm almost doubled over by the end of the day.
I use "urethra" because I am unaware of the exact body part. I am trying to refer to whatever is between my scrotum and rectum.) Now, the sensations are different in each location. For example, at this very moment I have a dull ache in my right testicle (not exactly on the testicle by just behind it... perhaps those little tubes) and another dull pain in my urethra. There is also a dull burn feeling in my rectum (to rule out possibilities, no nothing as gone up that way).
2nd about a month ago after i ate sometime afterwards i drank a protein shake that i normally drink when im lifting that nite i started feeling a sharp pain that i thought was gas pain and bloating tha pains gradually worsened tha sharp pains would come an go tha sharp pain was in my lower right side of my stomach and i could feel it in my testicles all kinds of thoughts were running in my mind didnt know if it was gas pains or hernia that gradually worked its way up from lifting weights i sta
I have been tested for everything after one month, and even though everything came back negative, I still am nervous. I have some lower back pain and some gas problems going on. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms as a result of anxiety and/or stress? Thank you for your reply.
While there she felt around it and it wasn't sore or in pain at the time. I also explained that I haven't had any discharge or pain while urinating. She just said I was fine and sent me on my way, saying it was probably stress. I admit that this whole affair with these CSW's has me pretty nervous. I asked her if it could be prostatitis or a urinary tract infection.
Now it feels like a golf ball is constantly between my testicles and anus. The pain sometimes moves side to side and sometimes i can feel it in the back of my legs. I've had all the test done and the results were all negative, thank God! But i was told it was prostititis, that just means they have no clue what it is and charge you $500.00. So they put me on cipro, no results....then on bactrim for two months, no change......,so now what?
when I had robotic surgery last March I had really terrible pain and a huge bloated gut ...most of this was gas that was trapped ...was in the hospital 4 nights instead of 2 , the head nurse told me that this is common after surgery , she said you would not believe how your insides get 'handled' during the procedure .
At first the color was off, like a greenish yellow tint, then after a few days it seemed to be getting better and now it's bloody. After each ejaculation my testicles would be sore for a while. Even during the day they would feel a little sore. I did a urine test about a week and a half back with my doctor and the results came up negative for chlamydia and i think gonorrhea. A day after i did that urine test i went to a free std clinic and the express HIV test came out negative.
I’ve been experiencing right sided abdominal pain for about 6 months now. The pain is under my right ribs. The pain radiates to my right side back as well. I’ve practiced weight lifting, swimming and karate for years. I'm completely unsure what caused it. It started as very minor pain, more like pressure. I’m fairly athletic and exercise 3-4 days per week, or used to… I haven’t been able to since I’ve had this side pain.
now w/ my fourth and I'm having severe pain which feels like the endo pain I get. The really weird thing is since my last daughter (3yrs ago) I've had minimal pain doctor said its because of the last treament I did and the bc I was on, so why if the doctor says its impossible to get endo pain while pregnant am I getting it now during a pregnancy? I hope someone can help.?
I also have had an increased urgency and frequency to urinate at night (even when no drinking was involved). I also have significant, but occasional pain in my testicles. No burning on urination, but it feels "hot" when I pee. Some odd pain in tube at tip of penis, and it seems that the stream is weaker than it used to be. I have a lot of gas and find it difficult to push out stools without taking a light daily laxative supplement.
The PAin is bad, a dull pain on the right side in between my testicles and leg, bad pushing pain when I deficate and inscruciating pain in my testicles. I don't know where to go or what to do!!!!!
Mid 20s, have developed mild pain in testicles, groin and lower left ab over the past week/week and a half. Pain has been persistent and nagging, but manageable (able to walk miles at a time with little pain). No noticeable lumps, either... Any ideas?
severe constipation, severe gas pressure on my left side, pain in my penis and bladder, pain in my penis when urinating, urgency, a tight scrotum with ultra-sensitive "burning" skin, and an occassional rash on my hands, feet and abdomen. The clinic doctor did not think that any of this was related to my initial injury and told me to go see my personal doctor, which I did. As a result, I ended up having two ultrasounds (one from the clinic and one from my personal doctor).
I have excessive gas which i thought was the result of my lower back pain but how come i have the pain in my testicles? when im able to relieve self (gas) the pain in my back isnt as severe but it only leaves for a second. I can barely walk or sit m back urts so bad...

but I didn't think any kind of acid reflux would irritate my intestines/colon the way they have been bothered. 4. My pain sometimes comes in spasms in my stomach, it radiates from where my testicles are up to my abdomen. This has bothered me because the thought of prostate cancer is extremely unnerving...but I don't see how these other symptoms would fit in. I've traveled quite a bit over the course of the past few years, to Central America/Europe/Jamaica...
