sleep test at a
sleep center. They attach certain leads to your head and I think other parts of your body, then they can monitor what is going on when you are sleeping.
If it is not sleep apnea, it could be another type of sleep disorder, insomnia, or not enough exercise during the day.
The bloating could be caused by gas TrueBlue, try not to eat or drink anything about an hour before bedtime.
