I have RLS, and I have the painful kind, where my
legs hurt all the time, I take codeine
for it. Lots of things do trigger RLS and make it worse, but I have no idea how the thyroid works with that. There is an rls.org website that has a list of stuff that can make RLS worse. Remember "worse" is generally temporary, like a lot of standing one day will make your legs hurt more for a while, until you've had a chance to rest.
