t it true that HSV-2 can cause frequent urination? and not everyone gets ulcers, lesions, and blister? correct? If this was from hsv-2 would my symptoms last this long. going past 2 weeks of frequent urination? The STD clinic said it could be from that and my heart sank. thank you for your time and i swear i did not mean to imply that i preferred the other doctor. He just knew more about me. Hello, Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but urge of frequent urination can be due to increased intake of fluids or diabetes mellitus.Other possibilities are glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis(inflammation of the kidneys),urinary tract infection,hypercalcemia,hypokalemia(low potassium),hyperthyroidism,hyperparathyroidism,diuretic drugs and benign hyperplasia of the prostate(in elderly males).

At about 6 weeks Is it normal for frequent urination vary day to day some days or times of the day im weeing like mad other days not so much . Some days i even wonder am i still pregnant cause the lack of symtoms ! Help.

frequent urination in women can be from many things , cystitsis, or a uti,do you have pain, or burning during urination? any foul smell or cloudiness of the urine? have you seen any blood from uretha? Its possible that the anibiotics just didnt work for you, you may need a different kind or duration longer than 3 days.

Since doctors don't seem to want to help me figure out what's wrong, I'm trying to investigate my various symptoms to find potential diseases to rule out. For the past two and a half years, I've had a problem with frequent urination. No incontinence of any kind, but I tend to pee on average 12-20 times a day. I have frequent problems with urination. Difficulty in getting the muscles to relax, urgency (when it's time to go, I gotta go - or I'm going to have an accident.) hi, i have been experiencing frequent urination and got tested for uti. they said they didnt find any bacteria so does that mean i do not have to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea? i do not have discharge and i took all the antibiotics from cipro, oflox, and azythro. currently im taking oxybutynine hci for overactive bladder since i had a ultra sound and they found nothing. btw im 20 yrs old healthy male but all these symptoms appeared after my sexual encounter.. it should be a std right?

so i have had frequent urination for over a month or so now it turned into uti symptoms so i went to docror and he trated me for a uti. but the frequency came back. my urine cultures came back negative for uti. im scared what is the deal?????????

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have always had fequent urination so I'm fairly immune to it as its normal for me. I do drink a fair amount of water, however I feel like my body doesn't obsorb what I drink as it seems to run right back out of me within 25 minutes. I've had my bladder tested and it empties normally and doesn't have any kind of disorder. I can drink an 8 ounce glass of water and pee 4 times within the hour from it.

I was just wounding if ur preg with twins does frequent urination start sooner that it would if ur were preg with just one baby? I know with my son I got frequent urination at 8 or 9ws.

I have no other symptoms, except like you I do have frequent urination. I feel fine, have no pain or pressure and my only complaint is the frequent urination, although I'm on a high fiber diet and drink 80 ounces of water a day, so I'd expect to have frequent urination. About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount..
