I saw a question about frequent urination and stress. I wanted to add this comment. I was having severe frequent urination problems. I went to several doctors and even the Mayo Clinic. I was eventually diagnosed with "chronic prostatitis." Not wanting to give up because of the problems it was causing me, I looked at stress as the possible cause. I went to a psychologist for biofeedback training -- relaxation training -- and after 3 or 4 weeks my symptoms subsided.

About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount..

If there are stressful situations affecting him, try to make sure he has some relaxation time, or quiet time to spend with his family. After about 3 to 5 months, the frequent urination symptoms dissapeared for my son. I hope this helps. Take care.

I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007. I am a 22 years old male from india. I am suffering from frequent (day time) urination (around 12 times in daytime only, don't wake up from sleep to urinate ) for the last 6 years. I generally have to urinate in small amounts,I feel that I am emptying my bladder everytime . My urine flow also is normal, I take little time to start urinating as the amount of urine is not much. there is no urinary leakage , i feel my pelvic floor muscles are strong enough.

I have frequent problems with urination. Difficulty in getting the muscles to relax, urgency (when it's time to go, I gotta go - or I'm going to have an accident.) And today I coughed and wet my pants! I think that's known as stress incontinence - but I haven't had any kids, so I'm blaming it on muscle weakness. Some of my symptoms have stuck around, some have gone away... so it's really just a case of wait and see.

t it true that HSV-2 can cause frequent urination? and not everyone gets ulcers, lesions, and blister? correct? If this was from hsv-2 would my symptoms last this long. going past 2 weeks of frequent urination? A day after my period on a Thursday me and my boyfriend started humping each other with 4 layers of clothes on such as underwear and shorts/thin leggings. On a Friday we were humping and i got really wet i wasn't sure if he got wet but im guessing he had prec*m on his shorts. Okay, first, I've never had sex, I just want to get that clear but I'm always paranoid as to if I'm pregnant or not. I'm always worried about it and I'm scared I'm actually pregnant even though I've never had sex. Some symptoms would be moodiness, "feeling pregnant", and frequent urination, but so far, that's it.

m not having very many symptoms yet, despite being pregnant with twins! I have frequent urination, occasional bloating and gas (lots of burping, lol!), increased appetite, and occasional heartburn. I had tender breasts for a while but that has all but gone away. No hint of nausea yet!
