I am 30 yr old male . I have frequent urination since 2 months. KUB, urine analysis, urine culture and diabtic tests have been done. No infections were found. I had white discharge thrice in this two months. And burning sensation after ejaculation. The problem gets worst once ejaculated.some times urine passes as two streams. One with thinnner stream and other as a drops.(not always this stream).

Recently have had an issue of frequent urination more at night and also at day , once i go , then i feel or have the feeling i need to go immediately and only small amounts or dribble .

Hello, Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but urge of frequent urination can be due to increased intake of fluids or diabetes mellitus.Other possibilities are glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis(inflammation of the kidneys),urinary tract infection,hypercalcemia,hypokalemia(low potassium),hyperthyroidism,hyperparathyroidism,diuretic drugs and benign hyperplasia of the prostate(in elderly males).

I have frequent urination (every hr) and burning urethra (sometimes when I am dehydrated) for 4 months now.I have gone thru 20 days of levo,20 days of cipro,1.5gm of azithromycin and finally Cystoscopy 5 weeks back. But this happened on May 2nd a few days after that around may5th-6th, I started to get frequent urination(9-11) times a day, and this feeling of urine not being completely out of urethra like a few drops are always stuck. no pain, burning or discharge.
