frequent urination right after conception

I starter having symptoms right away, I went to the Dr I'm 5 weeks now and have been having breast tenderness, frequent urination, and slight cravings since like 2 weeks ago.

I have to empty my bladder every so often. I feel like these days im peeing 5-10 mins right after i just pee'd... sometimes its not even a full on pee just alittle comes out.. can someone tell me if this is normal or should i be concerned about a UTI.. i dont feel any burning at all.

About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount..

I have frequent problems with urination. Difficulty in getting the muscles to relax, urgency (when it's time to go, I gotta go - or I'm going to have an accident.) And today I coughed and wet my pants! I think that's known as stress incontinence - but I haven't had any kids, so I'm blaming it on muscle weakness. But she says only have frequent urination...Other symptoms don't have...what about that?

Symptoms do not come on the next day and frequent urination is usually not a stand alone symptom and frequent means like every 10-15 minutes. If worried wait 1 week from the encounter and get tested for gonorrhea, but overall I see no need to do so.

Since the last 5 days, i have been experiencing frequent urination. After i pass urine, i feel the urge to pass urine again after half hour or hour. Initially, there was slight burning when passing urine but not anymore. I got urine test done but it shows no infection. One month ago, i got digestive problems and acidity and doctor gave me Zantac for that and i was fine within a week.
