I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007. My urologist thinks that I should see a psychiatrist. I have a bulky uterus. I was 200 lbs three years ago, now I am 125 lbs, (through diet and excercise).
My gynec told me that I have over-exercised,(walking 14 km a day).
I feel constant irritation and pressure in my bladder.
I am 25 and recently, i started experiencing frequent urination. I had side pain for a day so i got urine test done and it came out normal. The doctor still prescribed me antibiotic (Enoxabid) for UTI but it did not improve my condition. Now i continue experiencing frequent urination. Every 1.5 to 2 hours, i feel the urge to urinate and since the last 2-3 days i am also experiencing slight burning in the vagina.
ve experienced, which range from vision/eye issues to muscle spasms/weakness to urinary problems to balance problems to cognitive problems to fatigue to tingling/tremors, etc. seem pretty consistent with MS. How do people typically get diagnosed for it and what symptoms are they basing their search on? I'd read early on one of the most prevalent symptoms is fatigue. That's pretty much consistent with life lol, so it seems tricky to catch early.
m a 20 yr old college student and as of a year, I have been experiencing frequent bladder problems. When I use the restroom, I never feel as though my bladder is empty. I constantly feel the urge to urinate even though I've spent about 5 minutes on the toilet trying to empty out my bladder (sometimes, it can take 20min). When I first get the urge to urinate, the flow is fine. However, a pinch starts to come out then it stops, then another pinch, then another stop and so forth.
I suffer from frequent urination between 2am and 6 in the morning. This happens every half hour, lots of urine, no burning, no pain.I have had blood tests, cystoscopy and an IVP done, all came back negative. I don;t drink a lot since i never get thirsty, a cup of tea in the morning and a glass of water for my blood pressure tablets. I'm not swollen but 2yrs ago i had a back op for a pinched nerve, could this be the cause? Please help!
A neurologic problem, hormonal disorders, pituitary gland problems, a urinary tract infection, increase intake of fluids and certain medications. Certain tests may need to be done to have these differentials excluded. A baseline urinalysis and urine culture, urodynamic studies, and CT scan of the kidney, ureter and bladder may help.
I suggest a consult with a urologist to at least rule out an underlying urinary tract infection.
Since the last 5 days, i have been experiencing frequent urination. After i pass urine, i feel the urge to pass urine again after half hour or hour. Initially, there was slight burning when passing urine but not anymore. I got urine test done but it shows no infection. One month ago, i got digestive problems and acidity and doctor gave me Zantac for that and i was fine within a week. Now ocassionally, i experience acidity and burning in stomach so i avoid fried foods.
I am a 22 years old male from india. I am suffering from frequent (day time) urination (around 12 times in daytime only, don't wake up from sleep to urinate ) for the last 6 years. I generally have to urinate in small amounts,I feel that I am emptying my bladder everytime . My urine flow also is normal, I take little time to start urinating as the amount of urine is not much. there is no urinary leakage , i feel my pelvic floor muscles are strong enough.
t it true that HSV-2 can cause frequent urination? and not everyone gets ulcers, lesions, and blister? correct? If this was from hsv-2 would my symptoms last this long. going past 2 weeks of frequent urination? The STD clinic said it could be from that and my heart sank. thank you for your time and i swear i did not mean to imply that i preferred the other doctor. He just knew more about me. I apologize once again.
my symptoms are extreme fatigue, no energy, insomnia, body aches, low mood, sore neck and throat area, frequent urination and strong odour of urine, mouth ulcers, grinding teeth,headaches, flaky scalp, intolerance to heat, night sweating especially on head and neck,muscle twitches at night mainly in feet and legs, dry eyes, heavy eyes and more recently talking in my sleep..
Sometimes, autonomic problems (especially with the nerves innervating the bladder) can cause these frequent urination. Autonomic problems can arise from a primary neurologic condition, or spinal compression problems. There is also a condition called "spastic" bladder where the bladder cannot hold on much urine and discharges at very low urine volume. This is also a neurologic problem. Some women get frequent urination and some don't early in pregnancy. :>) You are fine. The frequent urination is caused in later pregnancy due to the weight of the baby pushing on the bladder. I'm sure you'll have this at some point. Ugh, we all do.
