I would LOVE to find the answer to this problem too.

Will this OTC affect any results of my testing? I'm sure I should have made the dr aware I had been taking it pretty regularly for about two weeks. Thank you for your help in advance.
Around home it is not a big problem because I can hold onto the wall, a kid, the counter, washer, dryer.....anything within my reach. It has not been as bad as I had feared but it is still in the back of my mind.

there is also pain present when I press on it and rub my fingers over it to feel the bump. the swelling is not visible on the skin but when I rub my fingers over the area I can feel the swelling/bump. Wasn't until the Rhumetoligist ruled out MS, that I was told I had Fibromyalgia, roungly 10 years ago. the only releif I can suggest is stay active, the pain meds do nothing but mask over the discomfort. It you belong to a spa or the Y, go with water areobics. the movement gets the joints and tendons active and the warm water seems to ease the discomfort. Also, try deep breathing exercises and learn how to control your pain.
Frequent urination isn't only a symptom of pregnancy. Did you get your period this month? Is it even due yet? the chances of pregnancy if you're having protected sex are only 1% or less, so I'd say the odd of you being pregnant are slim to none.
He went through the garbage and ate some bad, raw meat that we threw out and that's when all of a sudden he had the frequent urination. I feared a parasite might have been the cause but the fact that he began to go through the garbage before that shows the behavioral change during that time. So it doesn't correlate with one another. I will try to get a blood work-up early next week.
Good luck...and even if it isnt try eating small meals spread out the day and see if you can get an over the counter sugar monitor and check your sugar during one of these "attacks". We also cut out most white foods and eat wheat instead...if it is diabetes there are lots of things u can do to improve the symptoms, other than and including medication if your doctor prescribes it.Exercise, eating right and making better choices in foods etc.Keep us updated and try to worry too much!
Although obviously at work it is difficult, i find that inhaling with herbal oils (put a few drops in hot water, place a towel over your head over the bowl,) baths, massage and cutting wheat out of my diet helps immensely to sooth these symptoms. Hope this was some help to you.
Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. However I would recommend you see a doctor and take medication under a doctor’s supervision. Avoid heavy meals and eat frequent small meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, smoking, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. If this does not help, then it could be anemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes or even a liver problem. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.
I had an exposure( protected oral and vaginal Intercourse with prostitute) in last week of december 2013 and and soon after two or three days i had developed itching and wrinkles and very small white spots on penis head but no pain along with frequent urination(i slept after masterbating without properly cleaning my penis). i applied over the counter anti fungal cream and after 2 or 3 days the penis head was clean and everything becomes normal.
Are you taking any medications, either prescribed or over-the-counter? You can have a reaction to a medication at any time, not when you first begin them. II would talk to your primary care doctor and find out about your meds (if you are on any)--DO NOT stop taking any medications unless directed by a licensed physician treating you. Good Luck to you.
You are right in that being anaemic has no relevance to the frequent urination. I trust you are taking iron and folic acid (helps absorb the iron) and eating foods containing iron to boost your levels up. Don't drink tea when taking iron supplements or milk products as this hampers the absorption of the iron. If your prostate glad has suddenly got enlarged, this can cause frequent urination.
I went back and tested NEGatIVE for a UTI although the over the counter UTI test I took came back positive... My doctor saw in my file that I had mentioned to my gyno about a year ago that the inside of my vagina burns after sex. Now keep in mind that the burning after sex only started after I used the NuvaRIng for birth control.. I feel like that might have done something to me because I was with my partner long before I used the nuvaring and everything was fine.
Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. However I would recommend you see a doctor and take medication under a doctor’s supervision. Avoid heavy meals and take frequent small ones. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food.
My suggestion doesn't go to the heart of your question, but I do have a secret that helps a little with the pain and need for frequent urination during a UTI. To me, only having had a handful of UTIs, I found that Uristat, an over the counter medication makes a huge difference in alleviating the pain, burning and even frequency until the antibiotics can really start working.
A lot of diabetics will actually tell you they feel fine or even good or normal when their sugars are super high. the fact is that most times the glucose levels are tricking the brain respitors. . .(ie: being on a sugar high) Most diabetics only feel good when glucose is high because when they are coming down they are in fact going through sugar withdrawals. 2. Oral drugs such as Metformin are generally only used as a stand alone with pre-diabetics.
