Hey everyone, the lower abdominal pain (disturbance) and penile related pain may be many things. Asked to be referred to an Urologist by your family doctor as soon as you get the chance. Your family doctor may want to do a blood test, to see what nurtrients are present or not in your blood. If the test are negative, then a visit with the urologist may help. The symptoms mentioned above are sometimes associated with something that is called Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS).
Blood in urine, trace to +1 for past 12 months on every test Missed period for four months, not pregnant Nausea Fatigue Night sweats Joint Pain (hips, ankles, wrists) frequent urination, especially at night Bloating Orange mucusy stools, foul smelling. I am having an IVP for frequent urination and back pain.. but I believe this may be unrelated. However, my doctors seem to not take my complaints seriously. They don't think my missed menstruation is an issue.
Hi Everyone, I just recently started experiencing similar right upper quadrant (RUQ) abdominal pain and came across your thread in my search for information on the Internet. I did find an interesting and seemingly credible site that recommends various clinical and diagnostic parameters for the diagnosis of the etiology of RUQ abdominal pain: http://www.asge.org/nspages/practice/patientcare/97-right.
Last Monday I woke up with severe abdominal pain. I was sent to the ER and they took a CT scan, to check if it was my appendix, but they eventually diagnosed me with anxiety. They said my prostate looked great. Yesterday my anus got really sensitive, like just below the anus. Occasionally I do wipe too hard, but this doesn't feel like that and it is a lingering discomfort. I guess I would describe it as if a cold metal object were touching the skin there. Do I have prostatitis?

I recently was showing symptoms similar to that of a bladder infection (frequent urination, burning during urination, lower abdominal pain). Over the 8 weeks or so, I've also had some moderate to severe headaches and some night sweats. Would the full panel of blood work I had done plus the urine culture pick up any and all STDs including HIV? Is this something that is looked for in standard blood work and urine cultures?
* A strong, persistent urge to urinate * Burning pain with urination * Frequent urination * Fever, chills, sweats * Abdominal pain that comes in waves * Strong-smelling urine (normal urine should have little or no odor)...." "...Call your doctor if: * You have visible blood in your urine. * You have color changes that don't seem related to food, medications, supplements or dyes.
I am now on Depo and have no period or abdominal pain. My Gyno said that this pain I am feeling is not an endometriosis pain. I do not have pain in my anal area. It feels like someone is taking a sharp knife and stabbing me in the opening of my vagina. It causes me to stop whatever I am doing and just try to fake not being in pain (as is often happens at work).
CPAP has elminated high blood pressure, use of statins, helped me lose 40 lbs, eliminated years of acid reflx and losec, night time urination. I could go on and on. All of this led me to ENT where I finally realized that I had a long term sinus problem that may play a significant role in the apnee. I use NeilMed sinus flood sinus rines twice a day and its a life saver. Forget your antibiotics for what they will not swab, the cortesteroids that compromise youe immune system.
Nov 18th attended appointment with family doctor. I told him I had been traveling and had diarrea and abdominal tenderness and frequent urination. I asked him to perform every test possible. He performed blood work, urine, and stool. Told him about antibiotics taken while out of country. Result = nothing abnormal I have never had discharge and no visible signs of STD other than rash on knee and face. No fever, no night sweats, and no discharge.
I am now 50 and still have the occasional hot flash or night sweats it gets better with time the generalized weak feeling and frequent urination i think comes with the change of life which you'll probably go thru slowly. Take care and go slow but if your lightheadedness don't stop tell your dr maybe your meds are too strong or not strong enough. Good luck!
  - woke up to find myself urinating, something I'd never done since childhood - few days later, felt burning sensation in frontal abdomen, similar to bladder region - pain progressed to lower back, accompanied by chills, frequent urination, feeling of fullness in bladder after voiding, night sweats and weight loss -  went to urgent care clinic suspecting UTI, but urinalysis showed no infection. Initial diagnosis was urethral spasm, prescribed flo-max - after a few days, symptoms persisted.

I also developed pain in my hands and feet for a week or two after this treatment and a week or so of night sweats. The pain was mostly in my feet and was located in my arches and toe knuckles. Also a little in my fingers. I also had a burning sensation on the skin of my face and some on my legs and chest for that same week or so. I don't know if this was related to the drugs, stress, or the initial problem. All of these other symptoms have subsequently gone away.
Today i started to feel abdominal pain in the lower part and then pain in my testicles that seemed connected, as if the pain was in a straight line. i know i didn't have a risk for hiv but am gonna get my self checked just for reassurance. But still these symptoms are to soon or not related to hiv so i dont know what it is. i know this is stds or hiv but didnt know where this would go. any one have any ideas of what could be up with me?

Recommenced unprotected sex with wife 7 days later this time symptoms came back with abdo pain and testicle pain. Some chills and night sweats but I also did have little flu at the time. Had more urine tests (all negative), ultrasounds of renal and testicles. Ultrasound showed possible epyditimitis. Wife tested via self administered swab also negative. Due to negative urine test doctor reasonably unconcerned but prescribed Zithro and Cirpo anyway. Over times symtoms went away.

I'm 51 so thinking my body must be ready for menopause but Dr has yet to confirm. I had pretty intense low back pain for several days, much more frequent urination, and my breasts & nipples are extremely sensitive. I've never had acne but I have a patch of dry skin next to my eyebrow that just cropped up. I'm also a little irritable, but I feel I have a bit more desire, although I am still worried about getting pregnant until my Dr confirms I am in menopause.

Hello, I have tested for HIV 3 times, but i am assuming to early. The last test that i took was at the 3 month mark, and it to was negative. Now in someone else's mind that would be good news. But not mines. So for about a month and a half I have been having all the symptoms listed for HIV.
First of all, thank you so much for your kind words. I have had frequent urination, headaches, and ALOT of abdominal/back pains. I have had pyelonephritis (kidney infection) many times, and the pain is in the middle of my back. My pelvis hurts... I know that sounds strange, but that is exactly where it hurts, right below my c-section scars. Everything feels yucky. That's the only way I can explain it... I just don't feel good.

frequent urination, night sweats and flu-like symptoms. The night sweats continued and I developed tenderness in my lower abdomen. On 10-13/10-14 (day 3/4) tonsils swollen, lymph nodes swollen and white pus covered tonsils. On 10/15 (day 7), I met with my family doc; strep negative, she said it could be any STD. She tested for all STDs and prescribed the following: Zithro (Zpak) 4 tabs, 1 dosage, Flagyl 500mg, one tab 2x per day, Doxyclycline 100mg, one tab 2x per day.
A few years ago I had a rectal bleed (bright red) and mucus in my stool but never went to a doctor. Other symptoms include insomnia and night sweats. Also the lymph nodes in my neck, groin, and axilla are swollen (but nontender) and have been that way for about a month. A few weeks ago, my PCP ordered blood work (CBC w/diff, BMP, ESR) and a chest xray which were all normal. When I asked what the next step was, the nurse told me to eat well and rest.
I was given unprotected oral sex and also performed protected vaginal sex for a few minutes. 2 days after I experienced groin pain and frequent urination. The next few days added nausea and fatigue to the list and red color scrotum. Even though it was early I had an STD test at 5 days that came back all negative. I went to the docs and they gave me Ciproflauxin (500 mg) 2 x day for 10 days for uti.
