My 18 year old son is having similiar problems. Started 3 months ago. Worse during the day (when sitting). His urinalysis (4 of them) comes back clear with no infection. He's had an ultra-sound that also came back fine. He's gone to two urologist (we didn't like the first one) and both called it Dysuria Frequent Urgency. The second doctor put him on an anti-biotic (sulfameth) just in case there was a slight infection not showing up in test.

Hello, Such kind of tear can be due to urethral fistula which although is mainly found in women but can be found in men also. Fistulas in men can be associated with some of the same predisposing factors as in women, such as a history of recent abdominal or pelvic surgery, urologic procedures, trauma, and inflammatory bowel disease. Is it possible to just have frequent urination? I have a more frequent urge to go. When I do go a fair amount comes out. Slight tingle or burning on the ride side of the head and genital area but no pain. And no discharge or pain when I do.

I was screened for all other std's, all negative. The symptoms I have mirror bladder infection as well. waiting on urine culture - but dip test was all neg. Any other thoughts?

The 3rd day I developed a pain on the underside of the head of my penis and around the edges of my head with frequent urination at times the pain felt more like chaffing then burning.
