After a short while i started having the urge to go to the bathroom a lot, most of the time only a little urine would come out. I had a check for kidney stones, there werent any. Ive seen a bunch of doctors, before my urine test used to have a little blood. Recently that has not been the case. Most of the time i feel like there's urine in the shaft of my penis and i have to go to the bathroom several times, sometimes a lot of urine comes out, im trying to drink less liquids.
I've had this problem for about four years now. I feel like urinatining and when I go to the bathroom, sometimes I have to force the urine out and only a little bit comes out. It's not painful and doctor's have given me lots of UTI medication so I know it's not a UTI, but trying to force the urine out really drains me it gets me weak and frustrated.
The frequency and urgency to urinate is always there.
Since the last 5 days, i have been experiencing frequent urination. After i pass urine, i feel the urge to pass urine again after half hour or hour. Initially, there was slight burning when passing urine but not anymore. I got urine test done but it shows no infection. One month ago, i got digestive problems and acidity and doctor gave me Zantac for that and i was fine within a week. Now ocassionally, i experience acidity and burning in stomach so i avoid fried foods.
Also had urge to defecate but went very little again. I was freaked out and started drinking a lot of water. Had frequent but clear urination the rest of the night but I could not sleep. It was partly due to anxiety and partly because I had to keep urinating. I have been drinking a lot of water since then. I also got a laxative and went twice last night and it was a lot that came out. That seemed to relieve some of the urination urge. I felt like I had taken a load off of my pelvis.

I am a 22 years old male from india. I am suffering from frequent (day time) urination (around 12 times in daytime only, don't wake up from sleep to urinate ) for the last 6 years. I am 30 yr old male . I have frequent urination since 2 months. KUB, urine analysis, urine culture and diabtic tests have been done. No infections were found. I had white discharge thrice in this two months. And burning sensation after ejaculation. The problem gets worst once ejaculated.some times urine passes as two streams. One with thinnner stream and other as a drops.(not always this stream).
Sometimes the urine amount looks normal but most of the time its dribbling. I frequent twice in half an hour when it dribbles.

I suggest you to get your complete urine examination and urine culture doen. If the symptoms persist then other possibilities like glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis(inflammation of the kidneys), hypercalcemia, hypokalemia(low potassium),hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism and diuretic drugs have to be ruled out.
About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount..
Usually frequent is accompanied with something else. And when they say frequent we are talking about every 5 minutes.
Believe it not, one of the best things to do is to make sure he stays hydrated, if he goes more when he does go, he will be less likely to feel more frequent urgency with less amount of urine output. If there are stressful situations affecting him, try to make sure he has some relaxation time, or quiet time to spend with his family. After about 3 to 5 months, the frequent urination symptoms dissapeared for my son. I hope this helps. Take care.
A neurologic problem, hormonal disorders, pituitary gland problems, a urinary tract infection, increase intake of fluids and certain medications. Certain tests may need to be done to have these differentials excluded. A baseline urinalysis and urine culture, urodynamic studies, and CT scan of the kidney, ureter and bladder may help.
I suggest a consult with a urologist to at least rule out an underlying urinary tract infection.
Sometimes, autonomic problems (especially with the nerves innervating the bladder) can cause these frequent urination. Autonomic problems can arise from a primary neurologic condition, or spinal compression problems. There is also a condition called "spastic" bladder where the bladder cannot hold on much urine and discharges at very low urine volume. This is also a neurologic problem. I am 25 and recently, i started experiencing frequent urination. I had side pain for a day so i got urine test done and it came out normal. The doctor still prescribed me antibiotic (Enoxabid) for UTI but it did not improve my condition. Now i continue experiencing frequent urination. Every 1.5 to 2 hours, i feel the urge to urinate and since the last 2-3 days i am also experiencing slight burning in the vagina.
