There are many things that can cause frequent urination. Do you have pain with your frequency? I have Interstitial cystitis an inflammatory bladder disease. This can cause frequency but also has pain. However for us, foods can effect our symptoms. I suggest you watch acidic foods, avoid coffee, alcohol, soda, caffeine, chocolate, cranberries etc. I can give you some food lists for those of us with bladder issues if you pm me, but those are the big ones. I suffer from frequent urination between 2am and 6 in the morning. This happens every half hour, lots of urine, no burning, no pain.I have had blood tests, cystoscopy and an IVP done, all came back negative. I don;t drink a lot since i never get thirsty, a cup of tea in the morning and a glass of water for my blood pressure tablets. As stated, do you get frequent urination only at night, or during day time also? Do you drink more water at night?, like, every time you get up, you also drink a glass of water? In that case, you could reduce the amount of water taken at night.

I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007.
