s in the past and doubt I have one for I am in no pain whatsoever, I am 115 pounds and eat healthy so I doubt diabetes, and I dont think it is overactive bladder for I read that you get an "urge" to pee but dont actually go a whole ton. I don't have medical insurance so it would be nice to know if I should be running to the dr. or not? Ideas on what it is?

I suffer from frequent urination between 2am and 6 in the morning. This happens every half hour, lots of urine, no burning, no pain.I have had blood tests, cystoscopy and an IVP done, all came back negative. I don;t drink a lot since i never get thirsty, a cup of tea in the morning and a glass of water for my blood pressure tablets. I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007. I had the worst excessive urination from low potassium. I lived in the toilet and was getting splits on my skin down there from constantly using toilet paper. I have never known zinc to do anything like that. Zinc is a mineral that helps the skin and nerves get healthy. Check your diet - if you are eating too much sugar or carbs you might have frequent urination caused by hypoglycemia or pre-diabetes. The intense thirst and frequent urination ABSOLUTELY sound like juvenile diabetes, and the exhaustion is highly suspicious. I have never heard of scabs being a symptom. Have they checked her blood sugar level and done a urine test? Make sure they do!
