Avatar f tn My 3 year old son started complaining that he was cold in his penile area about 2 months ago. He is circumcised. We took him to the doctor and they said he had balanitis and prescribed bactrim. However, symptoms got worse, took him back to a different doc they said his circumcision had reattached itself and she pulled his skin back forcefully with her hands, told us to keep lubricated with a&d. Didnt work. Went back to doc, she said it was urethritis and put him another antibiotic.
Avatar f tn My 6 year old son has a need to urinate frequently. He complaints of on some occasions burning and having a strong urge to urinate but is not able to. He needs to go every 15 minutes. He has had this problem for a while but didnt take much notice until he would urinate about 20 times a day..I have taken him to a local paediatrician who ordered me to take my son to get a urine and blood test as he thought he may have diabetes or an UTI although the results came back all clear....
Avatar f tn I am a 25 year old female and for the past year or so now I have been getting sudden and frequent urges to urinate. I urinate at least once an hour and most of the time I feel like I have to go again about 15-20 minutes later. It seems to be worse when I'm laying down. I have never experienced incontinence and do not have a urinary tract infection.
Avatar f tn Hello my 4 year old little girl is constantly having accidents throughout the day in regards to her urine. She does not drink excessive amounts of liquid, yet she needs to urinate about 5-6 times a day, and 3-4 of those times end up being accidents. She has consistantly been this way since potty training ended. She does not have a UTI. I don't know how to help her, she still wears a pull up at night.
Avatar f tn I'm 33 year old male, I was diagnosed with phimosis 2yrs ago. I've been having the constant urge to urinate but with only a low flow and sometimes spraying. I've been through testing for uti, std, bladder cancer (cystoscopy) but yet know one can give me an answer as to why I always have the urge. I've taken meds (flomax, oxybutynin, and diptromin) none of them worked. Help!!! I'm to young for this to be happening.
664713 tn?1225198247 My 3 year old son was potty trained. About 3 weeks ago he started having accidents. My husband and I thought he was just being lazy. However I noticed that he would not urinate in the morning when he woke up. It would be about 4-5 hours after he woke up before he would pee. After that he would go about 10 times within a 3 hour period and then stop again until he went to bed at 8 pm. During the night i had to start putting pull ups on him and he would sometimes leak through.
Avatar n tn My 8 year old son recently had a urinary tract infection. It seems that since then ( about 5 days) he is urinating almost every hour. He urinates small amounts. He does not have to get up during the night to go and has not had an accident in bed. He does seem to drink more often and often drinks diet colas. I have not noticed anything else abnormal.
Avatar f tn I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007. My urologist thinks that I should see a psychiatrist. I have a bulky uterus. I was 200 lbs three years ago, now I am 125 lbs, (through diet and excercise). My gynec told me that I have over-exercised,(walking 14 km a day). I feel constant irritation and pressure in my bladder.
Avatar m tn I am a 52 year old male, have had a major stroke about 10 years ago, am disabled on my RH side. I have had this hyper frequent urination problem even before the stroke. Finally I asked the Dr. about it and he prescribed Flomax. Now it is even worse, it goes away for about three hours of taking the pill and is worse than before. When I say frequent I mean frequent, once a hour for 3-5 hours, if I don't get to the bathroom in time I wet myself.

Avatar m tn I'm not sure if I have this in the correct category. I am a 24 year old male who is not overweight, works out five days a week, and generally eats healthy. I don't smoke or use drugs. I do drink on occasion. I constantly find myself going to the bathroom to urinate. When I finishing urinating, I nearly immediately feel the urge to go again. I have been to the doctor but nothing came up. I was tested for infection and an STD (I've not been sexually active in four months). Any ideas?

Avatar n tn About a month ago I started to develop some pain in my left testicle. I went to see my family doctor and he ordered an ultrasound which came back normal. He put me on antibiotics (cipro) for 10days saying I had epididmytis. For the most part the pain has went away, with some minor pain on occassion. After taking the anti-biotics (about 2 weeks ago now) I had a few days of lots of self enduced stress because I started thinking about some problems I had in college.

Avatar n tn t show signs and was not diagnosed till he was almost 23 years old. Yes, I am sure it is type 1. I am a 21 year old female and for the past couple days I have had to go pee almost every hour. Not at night - just during the day. It isn't just that I feel the urge to go pee. I actually have to pee. It doesn't smell weird or anything. It doesn't burn. It's totally clear - no yellowish tint. I haven't been drinking any more water than usual.
Avatar m tn The exact same thing went on with my 7 year old son in october of last year. He was urinating sometime twice in an hour, which of course was very disruptive at school, as Im sureit is in your life. We took him to the Urologist who ran some tests on him to make sure he didnt have any kind of blockadge or infection. His condition was diagnosed as spastice bladder or Frequent Urinary Syndrome. The doc told me it could be related to stree and or aniexty.
Avatar f tn dont worry about it that will pass, i had the same thing, i had to go almost every few minutes and i thought something was wrong with me, but its all apart of the anxiety cycle, dont let it get to you.
