frequent-urination

I'll try to make this as short as I can. Im a 16 year old male who has been out of school for over 6 months now. Late october i had a viral infection, after about a week it went away but i was starting to get stomach pain. I was unable to go to school due to the intense stomach pain. After 3 months and lots and lots of doctor visits and a few tests my doctor diagnosed me with IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome.
Since then the burning has stopped and the itchiness too, but now i have frequent urination. I get up about 2-3 time in the night to go pee. I have to go evey 3 hours and also throughout the day. I cant get a good night sleep! If the urine culture came back negative. What could this be?
Hi, I'm a 20 yr old college student and as of a year, I have been experiencing frequent bladder problems. When I use the restroom, I never feel as though my bladder is empty. I constantly feel the urge to urinate even though I've spent about 5 minutes on the toilet trying to empty out my bladder (sometimes, it can take 20min). When I first get the urge to urinate, the flow is fine. However, a pinch starts to come out then it stops, then another pinch, then another stop and so forth.
i have been having this problem for years, I have always had the need to urinate, sometimes 2-3 times before i go to sleep at nights and even in the daytime. sometimes it is not a lot of urine that comes out. i am 25 year old female found out i had pcos about 2 years ago.
I am a 40 year old woman with the problem of frequent urination. I do not have diabetes or UTI and my ultrasound scan is normal. I underwent a D&C procedure in December of 2007. My urologist thinks that I should see a psychiatrist. I have a bulky uterus. I was 200 lbs three years ago, now I am 125 lbs, (through diet and excercise). My gynec told me that I have over-exercised,(walking 14 km a day). I feel constant irritation and pressure in my bladder.
Hi, I am a 28-year old male who has a slight problem with urinating frequently, especially when I am cold. I have had this problem for the last 5-6 years. I find myself having to go to the toilet upwards of 20 times in day, and often wake up in the middle of the night to urinate. In addition, I sometimes feel the urge to urinate just after having gone, but when I do go back again only a dribble comes out.
My 6 year old son has a need to urinate frequently. He complaints of on some occasions burning and having a strong urge to urinate but is not able to. He needs to go every 15 minutes. He has had this problem for a while but didnt take much notice until he would urinate about 20 times a day..I have taken him to a local paediatrician who ordered me to take my son to get a urine and blood test as he thought he may have diabetes or an UTI although the results came back all clear....
I posted here a while back and wanted to give an update: I am a 24 year old male with no STD's or pre-existing conditions. I am active and while not obese, probably overweight. My diet consists of vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fruits. I've tried to keep my meat intake to lean beef, turkey, and chicken. I rarely eat fried food, I drink alcohol in moderation, and I weight train 3-5 days a week.
Hi there. I am a 33 year old female, 5'3", 110 lbs, and I have fibromyalgia and a clinical diagnosis of Lyme Disease (no positive blood test). I've had a lot of symptoms for over five years, one of which is a problem with frequent urination and feeling the urge to go immediately after voiding (I mean immediately, before I even leave the bathroom). On a good day I will be able to hold it so that I only go once every 1.
but pain is like once in a month or even 2-3 month. No pain in urination but at time urine is bit yellowish.
I am a 22-year old male with frequent urination. I use the restroom 6-10 times per day, always with a moderate or large amount of uine to void. Before this problem I was urination every 4-6 hours. There is no burning when I void. Some days I feel as though I constantly have to urinate. It is not as bad in the morning or at night. This problem has been going on for approximately 6 weeks now. I have been to my GP and a urologist. My GP put me on 10 days of Cipro, but that did not help.
I am a 25 year old female and for the past year or so now I have been getting sudden and frequent urges to urinate. I urinate at least once an hour and most of the time I feel like I have to go again about 15-20 minutes later. It seems to be worse when I'm laying down. I have never experienced incontinence and do not have a urinary tract infection.
) 7 months ago i had unprotected sex, 3 and a half months later i got frequent urination and a stinging feeling in my penis went to GP...
So this week I have noticed a decrease in my frequent urination. I find this to be quite odd becauseI have been drinking tons more fluids this week because I've been sick and for the past two or three weeks I would have to get up at least 4 times in the night to go pee, but now I can go straight through the night. I'm so scared that something may have happened. I am currently 9 weeks 3 days. And most of my nausea has seemed to decrease too and my breasts are not as sore.
My 3 yo has been potty trained for less than a year during the day and still in a pull-up at night (which has never been dry). She does not normally have wetting accidents, but over the past week or so she has been needing to urinate very frequently (every 30 min on average, but at times its every 10 minutes). She does not c/o pain and when she goes there is always volume (its not like when I have had UTIs and feel like I REALLY have to go and then nothing comes out).
My 3 year old son was potty trained. About 3 weeks ago he started having accidents. My husband and I thought he was just being lazy. However I noticed that he would not urinate in the morning when he woke up. It would be about 4-5 hours after he woke up before he would pee. After that he would go about 10 times within a 3 hour period and then stop again until he went to bed at 8 pm. During the night i had to start putting pull ups on him and he would sometimes leak through.
dont worry about it that will pass, i had the same thing, i had to go almost every few minutes and i thought something was wrong with me, but its all apart of the anxiety cycle, dont let it get to you.
I am a 25 year old male and I'm having problems with the need to urinate frequently from time to time. I don't know what is wrong with me. I have had this on and off since March. I will get it for maybe 1 to 2 days in a row, then it goes away for about 3. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Sometimes I think it's mental because I will just focus on if I have to urinate or not. I stay seated a lot through the day too; I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.
I am a fustrated 18 year old who has been to the doctor at least 3 times explaining that I get thirsty alot, I also get very thick saliva build up and very white spit. I drink about a little less than gallon of water a day but my thirst still persist. Because being thirsty alot, my mouth tends to not have enough saliva and I get very bad breath. It is also sometimes hard to properly prononciate my words when I speak because my throat doesnt have saliva to lubricate it.
2) Is frequent urination alone with no other symptoms a sign of an Std? 3) Does the high ph in my urine mean I definitely have something? Thanks in advance.
I'm a 21 year old female. I have had four bladder infections in the past year. I pee a lot in general but since this started happening (since I started having sex (we've both been tested and are clear off all STDs), I have gotten a UTI every few months. The first one had no pain, just fever and chills. The rest have been extremely painful, extreme urgency, not being able to leave the toilet for hours at a time.
Also, I have no family illnesses such as diabetes. I know frequent urination is a symptom of that too. I'm a 22 year old female if that helps.
Hi, I am Don 30 years old and I have a problem with my urination. Actually, I had an mild accident in which I accidentally hit my testicle 10 years ago. I am a 65 year old Type 2 controlled diabetic. I get hot flashes on and off, mostly at night. But my complaint is frequent night time urination.
I am a 50 year old woman. I had a hysterectomy one year and nine months ago and I have had urinary problems developing progressively since then. I have to get up during the night, usually three times, sometimes only twice and I feel the need to urinate very frequently during the day, even though there isn't much to pass. I don't have a urinary tract infection as this has been checked.
My Daughter is now 3yrs old and she has been potty trained for about a year and a half. She has always had to go pee alot but over the last 3 months she's started peeing in bed every night and pees her pants 3 to 4 times a day. I've noticed she pees every 30 min or sooner. Is this normal? I ask her why she does it and she just laughs. Is this a stuuborn three yr old or does she possibly have a problem?
I recently had unprotected oral sex with a first encounter woman. Within a few days I noticed a slight burning pain in my urethra.Within a couple of weeks I went to see a urologist. They took a urine sample, and found white blood cells. They said they were going to send the urine off to diagnose what type of bacteria was in it. They never did this, so I did not return to this urologist out of frustration as I had waited over a week to find they never did the test.
Hello People at Med-help.I'm a 25 year old male and about 8 months ago had unprotected Oral sex, giving and receiving. My partner was female (who was on her period). Tested out at 3 months time and was negative. I know I may not have an HIV concern but it just seems weird that about 2 months ago I'm having really annoying testicular pain in the right testicle. I'm thinking about going back at 9 months or a year past this this exposure to maybe put this behind me.
Hello! I have done alot of research on IBS as I'm pretty sure that I have it too... All of the symptoms you have named are symptoms of IBS. Anxiety and frequent urination are also "side effects" of IBS. Stress can also worsen your IBS symptoms. Look up the "Rome III Criteria" and see if that describes you (this is what doctors use to aide in diagnosing IBS). You can search WebMD for IBS and then go to the symptoms portion and this info is right there.
