To provide some background, I received unprotected oral sex three days ago and since yesterday I have had frequent urination (every hour or so). No other issues are present (sores, discharge, pain, etc). Should I be concerned about this being a result of an STD or are my nerves getting the best of me? Thanks!
I recently stopped taking a testosterone suppliment after 5 years as my prostate issues ( i was urinating every 2 hours ) got to be to much After about a week off testosterone , I began to have more frequent urination problems , where I am going every 45 minutes to an hour .

Hello, From the symptoms it looks like urinary tract infection. Urinary tract (which consists of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and the urethra) infections are very common in young women. Symptoms of UTI are frequent urination, burning sensation during urination, passing of blood in urine and even fever. The most common causes of repeated UTIs are kidney stones and diabetes mellitus.
What does it mean when you just urinate alot every 45 min. to an hour with no other symptom...
For the past three weeks I have been urinating frequently. By frequently I mean every hour on the hour. Some days I can go for 3 to 4 hours before I need to urinate, but the past few days it has worsened. When I do urinate it is always a fast flow and lots of urine. I have no pain during urination nor is it hard to urinate. This morning alone I have urinated about 4 times before I even drank anything.
It seems that since then ( about 5 days) he is urinating almost every hour. He urinates small amounts. He does not have to get up during the night to go and has not had an accident in bed. He does seem to drink more often and often drinks diet colas. I have not noticed anything else abnormal.
Since the surgery, I seem to produce much more urine than normal. So much so that I awaken every hour at night to urinate. Each time, I produce a LARGE amount of urine. In the morning, using a 'back of hand' pinch test, I am dehydrated. If the surgeon irritated a nerve during the operation, how long, as a rule of thumb, should I wait to see if the problem clears up? If it does not clear up, who should I visit; the surgeon, a neurologist, a urologist?
On a good day I will be able to hold it so that I only go once every 1.5 to 2 hours, but sometimes I have to go every hour, and when I drink anything, if I don't sip it slowly but instead take in several ounces at one time, then I will literally go immediately (about 5 minutes after drinking) and have to go 3 times in a half hour. I now barely drink anything all day because of this. For instance, today I just finished a 16 oz bottle of water that I opened 5 hours ago.
Sometimes the urine amount looks normal but most of the time its dribbling. I frequent twice in half an hour when it dribbles. There is no blood in the urine. Most of the time it is accompanied by pain and the sensation is there even after urinating. I did not have this problem ever, I drink 8 glasses of water every day. It started about 3 months ago, then stopped for a good 2 months and now I notice the problem again.
to go, I actually go...and go...and go some more. About every 30 minutes to an hour. It has progressively been getting worse. I am in my mid 20's and am healthy besides that. I have had UTI's in the past and doubt I have one for I am in no pain whatsoever, I am 115 pounds and eat healthy so I doubt diabetes, and I dont think it is overactive bladder for I read that you get an "urge" to pee but dont actually go a whole ton.
Had to pee every hour for the last 4 years. The kicker is I've never had to get up at night. Have seen GP and 3 Urologist and have no answers still. Have had cystocopy, had catheter in bladder, had dye ran thru kidney and bladder, full physcial with bloodwork, urine checked 30 times. Every single test/bloodwork was normal and urine has been 100% normal every time. Have changed my diet, what I drink with no change at all.
Anyways, for several months now, I have been spending most of my days in the bathroom. I have no relief after urination and am urinating at least every hour regardless of how much I drink or what I drink. I have been seeing a urologist with no results. Next, the urologist thought it could be prostate related even though his exam turned up no warning signs. I was given Uroxatrol. That also did nothing.
I am a 25 year old female and for the past year or so now I have been getting sudden and frequent urges to urinate. I urinate at least once an hour and most of the time I feel like I have to go again about 15-20 minutes later. It seems to be worse when I'm laying down. I have never experienced incontinence and do not have a urinary tract infection.
Isn't it true that HSV-2 can cause frequent urination? and not everyone gets ulcers, lesions, and blister? correct? If this was from hsv-2 would my symptoms last this long. going past 2 weeks of frequent urination? The STD clinic said it could be from that and my heart sank. thank you for your time and i swear i did not mean to imply that i preferred the other doctor. He just knew more about me. I apologize once again.
I am suffering from frequent high volume urination both during the day and night. During the day I can go every half to three quarters of an hour and in the evening I usually go every hour on the hour. I do suffer from sleep apnea (untreated) also which leaves me exhausted every day.

For the past month, I have nights in which I urinate once or twice every hour. The urine is mostly light yellow and at times clear. If I fall asleep right away, I can sleep 6-8 hours without getting up to urinate. But if I'm having a difficult time falling asleep, I would get up once or twice to urinate every hour. I drink a small cup of water 3-4 hours before bedtime and urinate before getting into bed. I'm not diabetic, I'm a 24 yr old female.
i am 14.5 weeks pregnant and im still in thebathroom every half hour. i thought that this symptom was sopposed to settle down in the second trimester until the baby started growing larger.. is this normal?
I have had this problem my whole pregnancy and it has gotten worse since about 30w and I am now 35w1d. I go at least twice an hour and at night - every hour on the hour.
I am a 20 year old virgin female and I started urinating frequently about 3 months ago (a lot every hour or so) and did a urine test at my doctor which came up clean. I do not have diabetes or a UTI. She said it was probably just stress, but it didn't go away, so I went back a few weeks later. I had an ultrasound of my bladder and it was normal. My doctor made me do another urine test and a little bit of blood showed. She doesn't know what it could be and I don't know what is wrong with me.
