I suggest you to get your complete urine examination and urine culture doen. If the symptoms persist then other possibilities like glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis(inflammation of the kidneys), hypercalcemia, hypokalemia(low potassium),hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism and diuretic drugs have to be ruled out.
I just went again after 40 min at 3:40 haven't drank anything after 3 PM. the urine was clear transparent when going out and I peed a medium quantity.
Forgot to add-- she can also tell by the color of her urine. Mine stays almost clear because I drink water all day long, even when it's hard to get it down. But occasionally I'll go too long or not wake up during the night and drink anything, and as soon as I pee, I'll realize the color has brightened significantly so I know I need to get more water in me.

I am a 22 years old male from india. I am suffering from frequent (day time) urination (around 12 times in daytime only, don't wake up from sleep to urinate ) for the last 6 years. I generally have to urinate in small amounts,I feel that I am emptying my bladder everytime . My urine flow also is normal, I take little time to start urinating as the amount of urine is not much. there is no urinary leakage , i feel my pelvic floor muscles are strong enough.
Within the next week I started experiencing frequent urination and possibly a small amount of clear discharge. Maybe just a drip noticed before urination. But i constantly felt like i had to pee. No pain when urinating.
After 12 days I took 1g azithromycin and 400mg cefixime which I got from online pharmacy. I didn't have to urinate so often after taking meds.
A week later (13th July) frequent urination but only occasionally.
