I am an active athlete and I believe I have completely overtrained myself. Symptoms are fatigue, frequent urination, fatigue, sleeplessness, mentally slow, and decreased to zero libido. My blood tests are available below. Obviously, testosterone at 71 ng/dL is a major concern along with LH at 1.1. Can anyone interpret these for me and rule out hypothyroid vs. overtraining. I have since stopped training and plan on taking 2 weeks to rest and recovery intensely. Any comments are appreciated.

I've had frequent urination from the middle of my first trimester and it has actually gotten worse. I would ensure you drink lots of fluids because I also just had a UTI which can be a pain in the butt.

I read on that web site stop the thyroid madness that you can lack Aldosterone which is a hormone your adrenals produce when you have low coritsol you can have low adlosterone also when it gets to low your kidneys excete tow much salt which leads to low blood pressure, fatigue and a craving for salt and also frequent urination and sweating and a feeling of thirst. Also is ur urine darker at times and clear on the frequent days? This could fit my theroy. Just be careful not to dehydrate yourself to prevent the constant BR trips. I am a 25 year old female and for the past year or so now I have been getting sudden and frequent urges to urinate. I urinate at least once an hour and most of the time I feel like I have to go again about 15-20 minutes later. It seems to be worse when I'm laying down.
