If they ruled out any direct physical cause you could ask if some of these problems could be from anti-cholinergic side effects of some medications (the same side effects that can cause blurred vision and dry mouth). If its fully determined to be from anxiety disorder try to track when it occurs and if it worsens during anxiety attacks and discuss what the best way to handle it is with your psychiatrist.

Could the tingling in legs, frequent urination, and dry mouth indicate something less devastating than a diabetes diagnosis?

Do i have diabetes , my symptoms are dry mouth , frequent urination , skin sores , shortness of breath and cramping in my legs and arms .

I had the worst excessive urination from low potassium. I lived in the toilet and was getting splits on my skin down there from constantly using toilet paper. I was using Savlon cream to relieve the pain. The relief of orange juice! High in potassium. Went from excessive urination to normal OVERNIGHT! Low potassium causes dry skin too btw.

When I first noticed this stuff happening, I was leaving work because I would get really bad stomach pains and nauseous and my mouth would be so dry it would cause me to not want to eat since it would just dry up in my mouth. First, I had a dry nose and mouth throughout the entire 48 weeks and also for a month and a half after finishing Tx. At times my mouth was so dry I could not swallow, especially at night. My nose was also dry and crusty inside. Disgusting. Hope you are not eating, LOL. I measured my water and, in order to get the 1 gallon a day (4 liters), I was constantly drinking, day and night. t 18 months ago, and I have a new symptom of dry throat and mouth. Everytime I wake up my mouth and lips and throat are bone dry, so much so I can't move my mouth for a while until I take a sip of water. This has happened every night for the last 2 weeks. I am always thirsty, feel dehydrated all the time, mouth is dry, lips are chapped, light headed and dizzy often, even on the days I'm drinking 100+ ounces of water. I work in an office and don't do anything strenuous that results in sweating. When I do pee, sometimes it's only ten or fifteen minutes before I have to go again. I've beeen having a metallic taste in my mouth and i have also been very thirsty and other symptoms. could this be diabetes?

For dry mouth I am using grocery/pharmacy Biotene toothpaste and mouth rinse and it is working wonders , filled with enzymes to lube you during the night. It is safe to swallow, follow the instructions.
