The cardio cath report says i am at 15% e.f and the ECG & Stress test puts me at 25%. Hey, I am going through similar stress right now die to anxiety of a future test for HIV. I am stressed beyond belief, near the point of a panic attack. The only word of advice I can give you is to stay busy and stay offline. Also, talk to a counselor or a therapist, that helps me a ton and they give you techniques on how to calm yourself down. MY anxiety has brought on lower back pain, insomnia, fatigue, weakness. Anxiety and stress are a dangerous thing. Best of luck to you.

You said you didn't like the drug you took for anxiety/panic attacks, but I think you should try another one. My husband has the same problem and he couldn't stand the first two drugs they tried, but the 3rd one (paxil) worked great.
I have done the cortisol stress test. Candida was ruled out 2 years ago - my doctor looked in my mouth and said there was no evidence of oral candida. I have sent off my toenail clippings to my doctor to repeat the fungal infection test. He believes there wasn't enough discolouration on the clippings the first time I sent the samples off.
Diabetes was ruled out with an HbA1c test but it is high in range.
Thank you so much my doctor wants to do one in 2 weeks though btw I’m in Australia if that makes a difference and my doctor has said that my depression and anxiety is getting the better of me.
