She is giving loads of grief because I want to the lose weight but I have not done any exercising till I have seen the specialist concerning it. I told her I wanted to make the appointment but told me to pretty much run 3 miles and eat whatever I want. I am not a nurse but that does not sound correct to me.

Scientific studies have shown that Free T3 correlated best with hypo symptoms, while Free T4 and TSH did not correlate. Starting out with 10 minute walks, and now I walk 30 minutes or go 20 minutes on my elliptical trainer every day. My resting heart rate has dropped from mid 80s to low 70s, and anxiety or mild exertion doesn't send my heart rate above 100 like it used to. But the last couple weeks, I've noticed that my heart rate has been going up more rapidly on the elliptical trainer.

About 6 month ago I started getting really bad upper back spasms, I had an MRI, CT Scan, and Ultra Sound that all came back clear. I got another epidural about a month ago and the back spasms went away (they are starting to come back as the epidural is wearing off).

Avatar m tn well the best way to look into free sub is from your state run mental health care program.....here in Arizona you can get a free doctor to evaluate your mental status ...many addicts have issues that have caused them to self medicate....I have a few questions that will help us see if he really needs to go on sub....how long has he been using???? what is he using ??? and how much???? both sub and methadone are over prescribed these days ....
Avatar n tn Do you live in the U.S.? Call your pediatrician and ask for a referral to your state's Birth to 3 program. There is free speech therapy and other therapies available. The evaluation is free and any therapy fee is based on your income -- most people are free. I think my copay was $6 per hour therapy session. Doesn't matter if it's autism or something else...

But I still have some un-used PAMPERS (GIFTS TO GROW) POINTS AND HUGGIES (ENJOY THE RIDE) POINTS. So I'll post them on here, and hopefully someone who is collecting can use them.
