Another place to get free legal advice is that law schools usually run free clinics. Call the dean's office and ask if there is a clinic where low-income people or no-income people can go to discuss divorce. (I know you aren't married, but this will put you in touch with the right clinic.) They don't charge, and law students do the lion's share of the work but they are supervised directly by their professor, who is a lawyer that goes to court with you.

Your husband treats you well and takes care of you and you want to get a divorce because he watches porn? Be thankful and greatful that he is there by your side. A lot of women dont have that. Dont divorce him because of something like that. At least he isn't cheating or abusing you. This is nothing to separate over. Your baby needs both of you.
My husband is exact same! He is picking fights or just making me upset and worried for no apparent reason! And laughs when I'm upset too.
It's actually made me stronger because it's been going on too long and I'm just getting sick of it.

Marriage is suppose to be "Until Death Us Part" not until he makes you sad, mad, or makes you cry. Pregnant or not. So, no I believe you should "let him go". You should tell him know how you feel. I know you're just looking for advice, but remember that's a choice YOU would have to live with. Praying for you and your marriage & Congrats on your baby!

m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.
I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been married that long... My husband is not nice to me in the slightest. Honestly...probably over half of these women are in no way, shape or form to suggest a divorce if they haven't gotten to the wife status. There are too many girlfriends or baby mamas who are in messed up situations to understand yours. You don't give in like that, a marriage is a UNION that isn't always rosy. I would only consider leaving if there were physical abuse. Talk to him about it, let him know how you feel, if that doesn't work take a break and try again later.
So my husband and I have been seperated since June (almost my entire pregnancy) and he also filed for divorce. Its's been a very messy situation and he has caused a lot of unnecessary drama and stress to my pregnancy. Six months ago, I told him that I wanted a divorce, and he told me that he would do anything to keep our marriage intact, so we went to counseling. The verbal abuse stopped, but the control didn't. I have 2 daughters, one is a teenager and one is in her early 20s, and they both live with us. He is also very controlling with them. Three weeks ago, I told him that I could no longer try to work on our marriage, that I didn't love him like a husband anymore, and that I wanted a divorce.
During an argument with my husband he said he will move out of state and not be in my child's life. I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I have recently calmly asked him if he meant it and he said yes. Few days ago she came to my house and had a fight with my husband (her son) she basically thinks the world of her older son and becomes rude to my husband because we dont give her that much money but shes a women who like a pro goes wher the money is and she mks u think shes ur friend but if u go against her she will talk about u aswel.
In a good relationship u need to talk to him. Ur gonna have to have talks that make him upset whether u want them or not. The key is talking abt everything. Now I know that some women don't get a sex drive during pregnancy but u have to consider his needs also. 9 months is a long time and he wants to be intimate with u cause he loves u. That is one way that ppl feel that u love them back and share something special.
