free (and obviously anything pan fried or deep fried). I also have to be limiting in my avocado, oils, coconut, poultry, spicy foods, citrus or acidic foods, and oily fish. So, for me, there is nothing from the frozen or prepared section that I can safely eat. I will also warn you many people react to dairy, red meat, pork, and eggs.
