If its really strong and foul then its a possible infection of some sort. But during pregnancy women do produce a white mild smelling discharge thats very normal. Okayy so I realized after my last couple times having sex (protected) I get this funky smelling odor. Its a discharge that's went from my "normal" one to a yellowish very foul smelling one. (The smell is hard to explain but its not my normal smell). I change my underwear like 3-6 times a DAY! I still shower my normal amout of showers because I know of the good bacteria. But the smell is starting to scare me. I've never smelled this way or had this color.
It depends on how yellow it is--faintly yellow and normal smelling is fine, but thick and truly yellow and foul smelling is not so fine and could be signs of an STD. If by "virgin" you mean no oral, vaginal, or anal sex or rubbing of genitals with someone else ever, though, then an STD is exceedingly unlikely.
You should maybe get those cysts and prolactin levels checked out again, and ask the doctor about the discharge while you're there.

Starting today I noticed that I have off white stretchy discharge that smells foul. I always have stretchy white discharge during ovulation, but no smell. I am on birth control but I am at the time of the month where i normally ovulate, or atleast my body thinks its ovulating. I do not have any itching, burning, and no green or yellow discharge. The smell kind of reminds me of the smell that dried spit has.

Hi I was wondering if hpv causes foul smelling discharge. Also I was wondering if you do get it in your vagina would you most likely get warts on the outside too? is it normal to have bumps/ cell growth on your vaginal rugae. or is that area supposed to just be horizontal lines? If I do have hpv will my body clear it?
I do have docs appointment booked but if I could avoid the docs by finding out my problem is normal here would be great.

So 2 years ago I had a laparoscopy to remove an ovarian cyst. Ever since the operation I've still been suffering from pain on the ovary and foul smelling vaginal discharge along with pelvic pain. I did have a urine infection and inflammation on the ovaries just a few months after the op which was treated with antibiotics and I felt better for a while but the problem returned a few months later and I ended up having a swab which showed group b strep.

Also, you need to make sure your sex partner(s) has also been treated for gonorrhea, and that you are both clear of gonorrhea before having sex again, or you'll just be passing it back and forth.
