Hi, I had a mammogram Aug 27th which that the small node I have had for years has grown. Two days later I had an ultrasound that shows a hypoechoic structure deep within the chest wall and has a hyperechoic notch to it with an appeappearance of a benign lymph node but does not correlate with the position of the mammogram. Given the findings of this ultrasound and enlargemnt of the density on the mammogram biopsy is recommended. My question is would you take it out completely?

I was also taking anti-fungals having developed thrush from probably formoterol fumarate inhalers. I am also dealing with ringworm. Nothing grew from the cultures taken from blood, sputum, or a specimen from endoscopy.
The pneumonia abated and while at home I felt remarkably better. Then my girlfriend noticed my hair was falling out at an alarming rate. While looking at the hair in my hand I noticed my fingernails had no cuticles! Feet are also affected.
If you are really insistent about cheating death I would suggest you have your physician prescribe formoterol fumarate inhalation powder. It is sold as the "foradil aerolizer".
It is long acting, and an alternative to oral steroids. It should settle down your lungs for a good three to four hours after use.
Initially it started with allergies,then asthma.....initial days my ventolin and formoterol inhalers were working, but last 3 years it is not helping much...
I checked FEV which is 68% of predicted...but no significant increase in FEV1 after bronchodialator....
Every day I feel little tightnes, even if I take symbicort...daily moring and evening.....
saw pulmonologyst 5 months back, he suggested to continue with the same+singulair....

You should have another follow-up x-ray, now. The prescription of Symbicort® (budesonide/formoterol fumarate dehydrate) Inhalation Aerosol does not mean you have asthma. It only means that your doctor suspects that you might have it.
Given that it is now nearly 4 months since the bout of pneumonia, you deserve further diagnostic evaluation by a lung specialist.
I went to a doc who said it was probably asthma and prescribed formoterol/budesonide and montelukast sodium. A few months later, my bedroom was treated for termite infestation, the fumes of which I presumed cleared up after about 4 days. After returning to my bedroom for a few nights, I woke up in a panic with severe SOB.
I am going to recommend you save up your pennies and get some Foradil (formoterol fumerate inhalation powder). It is VERY expensive, but the 12mcg packets work almost immediately and are more effective than the albuterol sulfate. The Foradil will last for a long time. It will save you a hospital bill on a bad day. The albuterol suflate is short-acting. The steroidal inhalers do NOT work immediately.
Within the left ovary is a complex cystic structure measuring 4.4 x 4.8 x 4.5 cm. Some sepatation is present with half of the cystic structure having either dense internal debris or a somewhat solid component. No color flow is appreciated in this abnormal half of the cystic structure. No other mass or lesion or free fluid is present wihtin the left adnexa. t really make a diagnosis and prescribed me with some sort of nasal spray, insisted that I take anti-histamine to rule out allergies, and also prescribed me Symbicort, Budesonide/formoterol. After 10 days treatment, the breathing issues became agitated.
The last doctor suggested referral to a specialist, I'm not entirely sure of which one, something to do with throat and breathing.
One of the newer medications I like is Foradil, in an aerosolizer (formoterol fumerate inhalation powder). The down side is, it is pretty expensive. It comes in little 12 mcg packets in the U.S., and is very long lasting. It has a number of downsides, and I suggest you read the PDR carefully to review those side effects, including elevation of blood pressure.
The other issue is that asthma is often connected with long-standing encapsulated bacterial infections.
