Therefore, you would most likely on the prednesone to suppress your immuse system. I could be wrong. If this is the case, I doubt you have options, but your doctor would know your situation best.

You may want to double check but baby powder (for everyone) has the danger of inhalation of the dust. Whenever we used it for our kids, and I can't remember how young, we were careful to gently shake it into our hands away from the baby and then spread it on the cheeks :) for difficult diaper rash we would use a thin layer or desitin cream or buttpaste, which we really like and then light baby powder. It helped make an extra absorbtion layer away from the baby.
