foot pain inside of foot

I have a lump on the inside of my foot. I can only feel it when I walk. I can not feel it on the outside of my foot. It has been there for about 3 weeks now. It seems to have gotten bigger. And now it is hurting a little when I walk. It's located right in the middle of my foot on the bottom just below my toes. Does anyone know what this is ? It is really starting to concern me. I have no insurance at the moment so unless I think it is serious I am avoiding going to go get it checked out.

Anybody else experience pain from clonus (tightening) of the abductor digiti minimi muscle on the outside (lateral) bottom of the foot? Both of my feet are hurting right now. One of my weird foot pains. It's kind of causing my 4th and 5th toes to curl down and inward and cramping my feet. Just started in the last day or so.

Also swelling along ball of foot and inside of foot at base of arch. I have periodic tingling. The pain is dull and constant with periodic shoot, stabbing pain. My foot also gets extremely cold. I went to an ortho. Had several X-rays and a MRI. No fractures. The MRI showed some arthritic changes along with some autoimmune factors. I have been tested for RA, Lupus, etc and all bloodwork came back normal except for a Vit. D deficiency. I also am tired all of the time.

A 3 pound can was dropped on the top of my foot today,I am experiencing swelling and pain that shoots down to my toes ands up my leg.I can still walk on my foot but it hurts.Could I have a small fracture on the top of my foot?

Hi I havent been dx with ms but thought I woul share my foot pain, I am waiting to get mri of c-spine and t-spine and puncture done. My last episode of foot pain came durning veritgo and first rt leg felt weak thn i noticed when I walked my toes felt like they where slammed in a door so I tried to walk on side of foot but it caused my whole leg to shake, so then kindof walked on inside of foot this went on for a few days (the toe pain). Now my foot just feels like I have a ice pack on it.

For a year now I have had a pain in my foot, there is a fair size bulge on the inside of my foot close to the heel. Also the veins bulge from the side to the bottom of my foot at times. This all occured a year ago when I was walking in heels and slipped on uneven pavement and twisted my ankle. was x-rayed and nothing broken. Frustrated, as I am now on pills again to try to bring down the inflammation. Thank you for any comments or help.

Hello, I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to callus, friction blisters, warts or herpetic sores. When a foot is hot and sweaty, the sock sticks to the foot. The sock and foot then rub against each other and the inside of the shoe causing blisters to appear.Plantar fibromas are firm, nodular masses which occur as a single mass or in clusters on the arches of the foot. Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible.

A shooting pain in the ball of my foot, causing limping and swelling. Next day, my foot was swollen more. Could not walk on it. Big toe was targeted for most of the pain. Hospital trip, misdiagnosed with Gout, on crutches. No tests. 2 days later, swollen even more, looks like a cartoon.I also feel some kind of pulling up the back of my calf. My problem is I still have alot of pain when walking or standing for more than a few minutes. Also numbness from the knee down but mostly on the inside of my ankle and foot into the toes. The purpose of the lateral post was to try and shift my weight towards the outside of my foot, because I had the sensation of landing with more of my weight on the inside of the foot as I walked. Do you think this means the arch is not high enough, or too high?

well at the time of 18 yo i thought i was superman but , now i know im not. i lost 3 toes and the other 70% of foot was squished. now im begging them to cut it off so i can go on with life and not haveing ot worrie when is it going to mess up again. mine swellls a lil and it makes the foot roll from side to side. it hurts nonstop. a hour walking around inside the barn puts me into 2 vicoden750s range. then all i can do is sit around and hold the spotsss that keep sharply hurting.

After sitting or lying down, even driving a car for a period of time, my feel get extremely painful, especially in the area between the ball of the foot and the heel. the heel never gets sore. It takes up to 2 hours of walking about before the pain subsides, but it returns as soon as I sit again. The pain almist feels as if someone has taken a knife and shredded the bottom of my feet. It is the same in both feet.

for a year now i have been having foot pain that goes into my calfs somtimes and in the fromt of my leeft lower leg with a bit of burning pain in my feet i was told it was planter muscle but my god its been over a year and i have tried everything is there anybody else like this ??

Has anyone had foot pain, as if the whole bottom of your foot is bruised. I also have Type 2 Diabetes but tested negative for neuropathy a couple of years ago. Do have painful feet, mostly at night until recently. Stood 2 days to cut out patterns and now every time istand for any time, it gets worse again. If I soak it in warm water, is better until I stand again. This is mainly in the left foot.

And use foot powder to help keep your feet dry.

I read recently in the newspaper (one of those medical columns) that some people have gotten relief from foot pain by drinking a bit of cherry juice each day. Seems odd to me but guess it can't hurt if you don't mind the zing.

Six months later I was diagnosed with fractures in both heels and have been in two casts, crutches and another walking boot. I am still in pain! I just had an MRI that shows Marrow Edema in four bones of my foot. What does this mean? I do not see the Dr. again for two weeks! I can't be on my feet for any length of time with suffering excruciating pain!

I have occasional pain in my left foot just in front of my ankle bone. When it starts to hurt (which is about every couple of weeks) I get a knot there about the size of a quarter. The pain is so bad it keeps me awake at night. I can't bare my weight on that foot. What could this be??
