775302 tn?1253100505 What kind of pain are you experiencing in your foot? Is it on the skin or up in your foot? Is the pain constant or is there a trigger? Is it possible that this is not psoriasis? How are you treating it? Does anything help? Honestly, when I first read this over, I did not clue in on the plaques on your feet and thought immediately of plantar fasciitis which caused a stabbing, burning sensation in the arches of my feet. It sounds like you may have something more going on here, though.
Avatar f tn I have been suffering with debilitating foot pain for almost two years. First diagnose was Plantar Fasciitis and I was treated with injections and a walker boot and also PT. Six months later I was diagnosed with fractures in both heels and have been in two casts, crutches and another walking boot. I am still in pain! I just had an MRI that shows Marrow Edema in four bones of my foot. What does this mean? I do not see the Dr. again for two weeks!

Avatar f tn I delivered my first at a birthing center and it looks like this one will be delivered there too (we had been considering a home birth but logistics and insurance denials are getting in the way). I know not all places have the same protocols and guidelines... but in my case I never went to a checkup there, I always just go for office visits with my midwives who deliver at that facility.
Avatar m tn -) The old age pain was fixed by getting a new hip. The MS pain is not so easy to fix. I don't know whether this is good news or bad, but MS pain doesn't jump around. The nature of MS is that it attacks individual locations in the central nervous system, rather than systemically attacking the entire central nervous system. As such, the neuropathic pain caused by MS tends to be related to the specific nerve pathway that controls its pain center. In my case it's my left foot.
Avatar n tn This pain started roughly 3-4 years ago, initially as a pain in the center of each palm and and then in the center of each foot, gradually spreading to all parts of the each hand/foot as well as each arm/leg. The pain is not limited to joints; it feels like it is in the muscles as well as the bones; very achey/crampy in nature. I am not sensitive to any actions, positions, or touch.
Avatar m tn I am having all sorts of pain in my foot and leg and can't seem to get a diagnosis. So far, I've seen two podiatrists, neurologst, PCP, and will see an orthopedic surgeon in about a month. Last year I rolled over my big toe with a pallet jack that had a pallet on it at an old job. Well at the time it didn't break my foot or cause any bruising or any type of problem that required medical attention so I let it go.
459853 tn?1283140514 For the last week I have noticed this pain in my left heel. It started after mowing the lawn and twisting my foot and almost falling over, mower and all, when my foot tell into a rut in the grass. The next day it was quite painful, enough to wake me from a dead sleep. When at rest it feels like I'm stepping on a small metal ball dead center in the middle of my heel. There is also some pain on the inside of my foot between the ankle and Achilles tendon.
Avatar n tn In doing so I had a severe crippling paing shoot through my foot sending me to the floor in pain. Last night I didnt sleep hardly at all because of the pulsating pain in the heel of my foot. I noticed when iceing my heel it was very hot. When I woke up this morning the pain is almost gone but I cant walk on my foot, when I put pressure on it the pain returns pretty severe on the outter side and center of my heel.
6018811 tn?1378394037 By the evening of 9/6 I had a lot of pain in my foot (bones hurting). Arrived to ER 9/7/13 at 8 a.m then noticed red webbed looking rash from toes to ankles & my toes were bruising on both feet. They ran my blood work & I was admitted to the hospital because my blood platelet count was very low (32,000, normal is 150,000 or greater.) I was visited by several doctors that are still uncertain of my diagnosis.
6018811 tn?1378394037 Noticed a raised, black in color, " insect looking bite" on top of my foot yesterday evening. It has a hole in the center, it doesn't itch & only hurts a little when I push on it. Just a little concerned because I haven't ever seen anything even simlilar. Any ideas?

Avatar m tn Feels same today as it did the day after it happened. General ache pain across from side to side, mostly around the center couple inches, but doesn't feel like a pinpoint or loose bone. Doesn't sting. How long could this type of pain last.., assuming there is no bone damage? Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
Avatar f tn I woke up this morning with large bumps on the bottom of both feet right in the center of the foot. When standing, they are painful. There was no pain or bump 8 hours before waking up (very sudden occurrence). What could this be and how can I treat it?

Avatar n tn s condition that none of the Nurses, Residents, Attendings, or anyone can figure out. The patient is a 73 year old female residing in an assisted living center who develops blisters on the bottom of the feet which are not painful to her. If the blisters are not de-bred(?) then they develop pressure ulcers which do cause her pain. According to my preceptor the blisters have been cultured with negative results. The patient has had this problem upwards of 5 years.

Avatar f tn I already asked this on another forum but i want as much feed back as i can get lol....So I have had pain in the back of my heels since I found out I was pregnant but recently it's getting worse. It doesn't matte if I'm standing or sitting the pain is horrible. If I sit for more than two minutes and try to get up and walk the pain is almost unbearable! Does anyone know what this is? Any advice? Should I talk to my dr when I see her next?
Avatar m tn s post about having tendon replacement surgery done after dealing with foot drop for quite a while. Ideas wondering if anyone else has had this fine and can make recommendations on a surgeon or surgical center that does this. I found one in Dallas but that's it. The surgeons don't specialize in this where I have been before and I want someone who is very familiar with the surgery. I use to be so active and now it is very difficult to do anything close to what I did before.
