Common Questions and Answers about Foot odor yeast

foot

If it is a fungus, it would respond to antifungal creams, the kind sold for athlete's foot, or for vaginal yeast infections such as Vagisil.
I have seen that the odor gets more noticeable when I am in nerve-racking situations, like if I'm in small quarters, because I know there is a possibility that the odor will arrive suddenly and it always does [perhaps I also pay more attention to the odor in tight quarters which is why it seems to be more prevalent in these situations but I don't think this is the case. I think my worries about the odor end up eventually triggering the odor.

Causes for itchy feet include allergies (ie to pollen, grass, or food), bacterial or yeast skin infections, and skin mites/parasites. The bad odor suggests that infection is present, and veterinary exam is needed to identify the type of infection so that appropriate medications can be prescribed. The bad breath may also be due to dental disease.
This is really embarrassing to admit but I am a young female who has been living with a severe body odor for about 8 years now. The smell started when I was in high school and has continued, off and on, till now. I am about to graduate college and would really like this problem cured. I have very good hygeine, I shower or take a bath now twice a day, I wash my hair, brush my teeth and I have tried just about everything to cure this condition.
I am 49 years old, I am not sexually active and have been for about 2 years experiencing times during the day I smell a strong fishy odor coming from the vaginal area. I bath everyday, I have even started taking personal wipes with me to the restroom so that I can wash up during the day but nothing seems to stop the odor. I wear panty liners so that I can change them and the smell won't get in my clothes. My pap smears are normal.
Does he have an odor? Normally, ear problems are food related....Foot problems can be a combination of many allergens...What do you feed this guy? Include treats, please.....How long has he eaten it?
Started having discharge, it has a slight odor, new sores were presenting, I even have a sore not around my butt but near my scrotum and top of butt. So last week I went to the doctor and she swabbed me for everything, inspected me and thought maybe it was "haemophilus ducreyi" which is a bacteria that makes tiny ulcers near mucus membranes (i.e. my butt). She gives me arithromycin for that and tests me for everything.
It was raw sewage smell or strange ammonia odor(not women's odor, pure ammonia smell), sometimes dirty clothe smell sometimes just undescribable something. but time passes by I realized it was me. Because it followed me and when I bent down I could smell it coming from my body. Then I thought I had rectal problem so intestinal gas leaking, but it was not.
Birth control is another cause for recurrent yeast infections. Also, chronic antibiotic therapy can also be a risk factor for recurrent yeast infections. Sometimes combining the prescription therapy with the over the counter topical cream will clear up the infection. I really feel for you. Two months of a yeast infection was enough to drive me crazy. I can't imagine having one for six months. I really hope it clears up soon.
I use baking soda, peroxide, and witch hazel to combat bacterias. I have tried essential oils. I use foot sprays and odor eaters in my shoes. I wash my bed sheets very often. I have tried different laundry detergents for my clothes; and I even also add baking soda to the wash. During the day when I'm working I use dry shampoos in my hair, light scented perfumes, antibacterial wipes, feminine wipes. And still the bad odor persists.
Okay ever since my EX boyfriend gave me an STD I have been more prone to getting yeast infections real easily and it has a very foul odor... Before I began having sex and had a yeast infection there was no foul odor... just external itching. Now, I don'thave the external itching... Ijust have the foul smell and it feels like I am horny. Is the horniness normal... I have to rub my vagina realhard for the horniness to go away. Could this be due to the yeast infection... What can I do????
Jock itch is the same thing as a yeast infection luckily us guys don't have an embarassing description such as the term yeast infection. Athelets foot is also considered the same thing, just on a different body part. I have been through the unbelievable embarasment with filling prescriptions, because unfournutley for men there is no prescription yeast infection medicine specificly for me.
I also do have foot fungus. I cannot tolerate the meds but am treating and seeing HUGE improvement by soaking in vinegar and wearing open shoes. Upon inspection this morning, but after spending three hours last night in the same sweaty, damp clothes, I have developed a red spot the size of a pencil eraser, no raised bump or blistering, at the opening of my urethra. The redness to the left of my vagina is markedly increased.
I had a dog whose foot odor permeated every room she was in. It always happened in the summer, and usually went away for a while with a simple bath. Then one summer it got worse and worse and she was obviously uncomfortable because she kept licking her feet, so it was off to the vet. Turned out to be a yeast infection that was cheaply and easily treated with Dermachlor Flush Plus. It's a simple antibacterial and antifungal solution in a bottle.
Do NOT use Vagisil if you suspect BV! Vagisil treats yeast infections. A yeast infection is an overgrowth of a fungus that can affect the skin (examples: Athlete’s Foot, nails (onychomycosis), mouth (thrush), digestive tract, esophagus, vagina (vulvovaginal candidiasis) and other parts of the body. Yeast infections occur most frequently in moist areas of the body. Although Candida albicans are the most frequent offenders, other types of yeasts (fungi) are known to cause infections.
i also forgot to mention that 7 days ago i got stitches in my foot, and i am on two different kinds of antibiotics.. which i know can sometimes lead to yeast infections? idkkk!
Well, as an update, I have noticed an odor coming from the are. The odor isn't strong and is there even minutes after I have cleaned the area. Does this point in any particular direction?
1 on my arm, 1 on my leg, and 1 on my foot (which I mistakenly took for mosquito bites). Does this say anything about how I may have contracted the virus and it's primary source? Is it unusual? 2. If you soldier on through the first outbreak without anti-virals do you build more anti-bodies in your system and so improve your chances of fewer/no future outbreaks? Or does it have no effect? Thank you! J.
But now it seems that I get an odor over night and by early and I mean early morning I have a slight odor and he decides to say rude things about it. And if I want to sleep in a tshirt I have to wear pants and all.
The more she licked, the worse it got. Her foot odor could drive you out of a room. We used a liquid called Dermachlor Flush Plus for a few days and the problem was gone. It's a gentle antibacterial and antifungal liquid. Another great benefit was that it immediately got rid of the terrible foot odor. Dermachlor comes in a bottle, so you can apply it directly to the feet with the nozzle, or suck some up into a smaller syringe if it's easier to handle that way.
I was about 20-25 weeks somewhere around there, and I thought it was a yeast infection, but it had a bad odor- sorry tmi- so I saw my doc, we treated it and that was it- it did not come back again, although a few weeks later I did get a yeast infection... treated that, and nothing else.... it was fine.
I have bad doctors... I had surgery on my foot and they didn't tell me what they were doing and it messed up my foot even more... So, yeah... Medical help is useless in my county.
No, I don't think it's mange.....Is there an odor? I think it's probably yeast...Drives them nuts!!!!! See any yellowish color between toes or pads. I think yeast smells like "Fritos Corn Chips". :) There are lots of products for yeast...I do have my favorites, though. You really have to stay on top of it to get relief....
Hydrocortisone iodiquinol is not nearly the strongest anti-yeast medicine there is, and the hydrocortisone may be aggravating yeast, so if that's what you've been using all along, I'd try clotrimazole 1% (over-the-counter). Alternately, this could be balanitis (irritation), in which case a stronger steroid for a while might be what you need, but I would try the yeast cream first. And I'd arrange to see the doctor again, or another one. Whatever you have, it's curable.
hi doc, about months ago i noticed what looked like athletes foot? but they never blistered, it's on the left side of my penis on the ridge/forskin area, im uncircumsized,. and there is white around them but not in tight formation . towards the other side there appears to be a white ring around a reddish area. and further to the right more on the side i have a white pimple looking item.. that appear with in this month, not large and same color as the rest of the blemising.
Bacterial infections generally do not itch and have a very foul odor. Yeast infections do itch and produce a thick discharge It can be tainted with blood. But you need to be seen by a doctor to know what is going on sweetie That is your next step.
In her life, she's probably been on at least 10-12 antibiotics if not more and I know they can cause yeast problems. But, she's shown no signs ever of yeast infections but she's not been tested either because as the doctor said...there are no obvious signs of a yeast infection. I can tell you that I think you're probably swollen from scratching, as the same thing has happened to my daughter. We've gone to two different pediatricians who tested her urine and found absolutely nothing wrong.
I have the same thing. I was told it's a yeast infection in my belly button. I have a prescription for it, and it works quite well. You can buy yeast infection creams at your pharmacy that work the same. I hope this was helpful to you.
I've been having this really runny white/clear **** come outta me that smells kinda weird? I mean it's not a STRONG odor, it's just weird smelling. I know that cm is normal, but it's increased since I've started approaching my 4th month, which will be tomorrow 16 weeks exactly. I get freaked out cuz I have alot of dark pink underwear, and it looks like blood when it gets a lil bit on them, but when I wipe, it's clear/white. lol.
