I am now finding that now I am wearing them again, my new pair of boots are causing pain to the arch of my foot, as the sole of the boot is pressing against my foot. I also put on my old boots and I have found that they also hurt, when they previously fit like a glove! It's almost as if my foot has become flatter and my feet no longer fit the curve of the boot, due to wearing flat shoes?

Is it on your sole or on the top of your foot. Often moles on the sole have irregular borders. How small is small?
Moles and freckles do sometimes appear in adulthood (not sure how old you are) but it is best to get new ones looked at by a doctor. If the mole changes shape or colour then move quickly to the doctor.

m not an anatomy expert but it seems to be in the lower area of the Flexor Digitorum Longus, on the tibia side. The pain is rstricted to above the ankle, and there is no pain on the sole of my foot or my toes. It usually begins the day after a run and lasts up to a few days. In those days afterwards, even walking 30-40 minutes can flare it up.
. A run with a very steep hill seems to be a guarantee to bring the symptoms on.
My 4 year old daughter has developed a small brown mole on the sole of her left foot. It started as a small freckle over a year ago and it is now about 3mm large, clear oval shape, flat with even borders. She has few other small moles but hits one is the largest. Her GP said it looks bening but I have requested to see a specialist. Is it common to get a mole in this region? Should I be worried?

Every few months I get what feels like mild burning/a feeling of pressure as if someone is lightly pressing on my foot- in the arch right behind the ball of my foot, and only in the right foot. It's not painful really, but it's definitely noticeable. The only injury I've caused to myself is a SEVERE sprain two years ago that has permanentely weakened my ankle. What could this be?

But the baby had the legs and feet curled up in between so it could have been the leg or foot bone. I honestly think it looked like a foot bone. I looked up pics of the girl anatomy and none of the pics I seen looked anything like what she showed us. Idk she's the tech I guess but now I gotta wait and see if my doctor will want to take out the ultrasound machine at my next appointment and see if she can get our little love to open his/her legs.

I didn't see what it was but this thought is making me so anxious that I cannot concentrate on anything.

My right foot is dramatically different, and has been so for at least 3 years. The sole is consistently extremely dry. The skin feels thick, and will crack unless I keep up a constant barrage of Vaseline-type ointments. It is worse on the right side of the sole, but affects about 80% of the sole to varying degree. Once the skin cracks, it is quite painful and requires a week or so to heal.
hi, My daughtr has 2 0r 3 itchy spots on sole one foot, just where arch meets ball under toes. She has scratched these and broken the skin. Otherwise these have not altered and have definitely not spread to anywhere else, in 4 days, or so. Her friend has been diagnosed with ;scabies; which in her case has spread on parts of her body and is applying external cream. Is 'scabies' similar to what was called 'the itch'?
It will start with a burning sensation, then later a horrible itch, on the sole of my foot. Then when the itching stops it leaves a perfectly round circle that hurts to walk on or touch. The more I keep my foot raised seems to help. I went to MD Wednesday and she had no idea what it could be. My father had RA and would have ulcers on the front of his leg, I was wondering if this could be a sign of that? Does anyone know? Has anyone had the same problem?
I was out in the rain wearing socks and sneakers and my right sneaker got soaked completely through. Long story short I ended up walking around in the wet socks/sneakers for a few hours and slept for a few hours with them on as well.
When I finally got home I took my shoes off and my right foot was itchy and swollen on the bottom.
