Tbd Consider doing the DASH diet, as it promotes eating foods that are low in sodium (ex: fresh fish, nuts, legumes, etc). Also consider adding activity to your day if you're not currently active. Exercise can help strengthen your cardiovascular system and improve circulation. Lastly, find ways to lower / manage stressful situations. That could help as well. There are of course, also genetic / hereditary factors that can play a role.

I have written in your previous postings that you need to use Google or Yahoo to search on complex vs simple carbs. Please include a search on the Glycemic Index reference food groups. Educate yourself about the foods available to you, what you put into your body and how these foods will affect your life. All carbohydrates are broken down to glucose to produce the energy.

Avatar n tn I have the same problem on my scrotum. The only thing that works is Vaseline and diet. Stay away from sugar, processed foods and foods that make your body acidic. My problem started over a year a go and has bothered me every day. Don't use steroids it only makes it worse. Elidel is dangerous and doesn't work. Protopic is also a possibility but is also a black box. The problem is a digestive disorder. If I drink orange juice it gets bad if I eat fruit and veggies it doesn't bother me.

I wasn't able to do it without stopping a lot 2 weeks ago. Yahoo. Oh and I started PT exercises on Thursday. It went well. I'm still working on getting off the walker.

Also, remember to reduce your work if you're tired. - Get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can trigger flares, so you need to sleep at least 8-9 hours each night. - Do exercise.

Eat olive oil, ghee, butter, coconut oil, cheese, avocado, nuts and seeds, cream, whole milk... stay away from low carb low calorie foods, processed foods, breads, rice, oats.. starchy foods. Avatar n tn , you have a good chance of reversing this by not eating bad [simple] carbohydrates - foods made with white flour - reduce eating starchy foods such as potatoes and pasta, and exercise daily. If overweight, lose the weight. Do yourself a favor use Google search and get educated on diabetes. Good luck.
