I cut out all other stimulants but like to enjoy
coffee in the morning, it wakes me up but lately it's giving me severe anxiety! I shouldn't be drinking coffee anyway, GERD, IBS, but I love the wonderful smell and it's the only thing that gives me energy.
Can I quit drinking it cold turkey? I heard stories from people who did that and they suffered withdrawal symptoms.
This morning, I had two cups and it triggered a full blown panic attack. At 5 am....
