Avatar n tn I am a 57 year old male with good health, regular but moderate alcohol drinker,14-15 units ( 50 ml of 40% by vol ) a week. I do some workouts and play golf twice a week. I regularly monitor my LFT and HbA1C. My latest count are as follows: HbA1C 5.88%, billirubin 9.6umol/L, SGPT 49.3 u/l and SGOT 36.7 u/l. GGT is45.1u/l. As most are slightly above normal range, I want to know is whether I am in danger and need any immediate precaution? Please suggest.

I rested from exercising but the problem only worsened with swollen bursa, a golf ball sized protrusion on the back of the elbow, as well as difficulties to extend my arm fully. The doctor I visited sent me home with a max dose of diclofenac for 2 week.

Avatar f tn have gone to physical therapy and have regained all my flexibility and have no acute pain anymore. My frustration is still not being able to run. I get almost immediate hamstring area tightness and have burning sensation and discomfort in my ankle/foot area also. the physical therapist thinks it is a compensatory reaction because I am flexing my foot too much to try and bring that weaker leg thru when running.

We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..

Avatar f tn If you don't like workouts like me, try beach bodys rockin body workout (its kind of like zumba but not as intense). Its super fun and easy. Plus it doesn't look like you're working out, just dancing. Don't let anyone keep you down. You'll get to your goal weight! I believe in you! Same with you morgan1342.

I am retired now, but active with golf twice a week and gym two hour workouts every other day with Cardio and free weights. My juice intake is one large glass of orange juice daily, three or four bottles of water pint size daily, a bottle of soda water, or tonic water, as well as cold lemon tea and cup of coffee in the morning a hot tea at night. As you can see plenty of liquids.
