The first CT about two years(21 months) ago showed 45 mm in diameter at ascending aorta 5 cm above the valve.

october of 2007 I had a lapse of judgement( irresponsible for a future doc) one time encounter of unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a female of unknown status. 2 weeks later had NGU with pain upon ejaculation and a inflamed urethral opening. Neg urinalysis for chlamydia, gon, trich mono spot.
total of 4 weeks past the encounter became ill, low grade fever, white pus pockets on tonsils, dry couch, bilateral conjunctivitis, sore throat .

I’m 34-year old male and about 6 months ago after exercising (running) for the first time in quite a few months, my vision became blurred. It has lasted with me since – sometimes it is more noticeable than others, but always present. It is worse in bright (fluorescent) areas and it’s almost like everything seems a little busy (similar to looking at a busy design, but applied to everything I see) or the initial visual changes after 1-2 glasses of wine. My blurred vision is in both eyes.

I heard many ones raise the question if dysphotopsia come more often with IOL with square edge ?
Is there any research or survey done on what type of IOL (e.g. multifocal or material) can higher rate of dysphotopsia ? Does a IOL with bigger optics will have less chance of dysphotopsia.
As I know the Tecnis Aspheric one and the AcrySof IQ also have the square edge design.
Did they think that dysphotopsia is not related to square edge design ?
I am currently a student at Loughborough University Design School studying Industrial Design & Technology. For one of my final year projects I am intending to design a product/service that aids stroke survivors through rehabilitation and the transition back to day to day activities. The brief also touches on making assistive technologies more aesthetically pleasing, moving away from large chunky white handrails for example.
To say they should be sterilised is disgusting! Many adults with downs syndrome go on to have children and with support they can make fantastic parents!! It all depends on the individual.. at the end of the day theres plenty of people without a disability who aren't capable of being parents.. All you can do is talk to her and tell her your concerns.. tell her how difficult it will be..
