My name is Hamed Khatiz and I am a sixteen year old with many occupations from

training, as in, doing weights, cardio 5-6 days a week with a Personal Trainer named Brad for about 3 weeks. Because I have never done any training before, Brad says, only worry about the basics. I shuold not so much be worried about nutrition or recovery just yet, but yeah.
Lately, thought I have noticed something I can't help but notice. After a meal, I get hungry really easy.
