I would swear by yoga... just added it to my MS symptom management and swear in just a month I feel a difference. I use the Wii Fit, so progress is logged. When I first started, it showed me at Wii Fit age 54 (I am 43), I am now ranging from ages 31 to 36 (range is directly affected by factors such as diet and weather which can cause the MS symptoms to be problematic on any given day).
