"Real" Greek yogurt isn't high in fat.

I still suffer from excruciating cramp in my feet. Over the last 2 years I have built up the muscles in my feet and have increased flexibility with daily stretches and exercises but still suffer from painful cramp in my arches and toes. It seems to occur when my toes are pointed for long periods of time as I tend to tense my feet quite hard.

Yogurt in general has probiotics which will help keep the count of the good bacteria up which will help prevent yeast infections which are common in pregnancy. I have been encouraged to eat yogurt, especially Greek yogurt for that reason.

Basically about 4 years ago i came to greece with some modelling work, but after seeing the way greek people treated the animals here i decided that i had to help them... Stray abused and starved animals everywhere, it just broke my heart.. So i dedicated my life to them and have been living here for nearly 3 years and alday,everyday devote my time and energy to helping them..

I have flexibility issues in almost all of my joints (Knees, elbow, wrist, ankle). Coincidentally, all the joints in the right side of my body are worse. I cannot squat as the back of my feet cannot touch my butt, my hand cannot touch my shoulder, cannot do pushup as wrist will hurt a lot. I have done xrays but doctor said my xrays are fine. Went through physiotherapy but joints flexibility does not improve no matter how much i stretched.

If its thrush in the vagina that is just basically a yeast infection... caused by a certain type of bacteria. (I think). I don't think it affects the baby. Good luck and I hope you get it taken care of quickly!

t felt sick or anything, but what are the odds that listeria would be in those 2 yogurts that were sealed, in my refrigerator, and NOT expired? The expiration date is good for another month. 30 in the morning. My milk is poured and in the fridge. This makes my morning so much easier. I generally have a nonfat yougurt as a snack at 11:30 since I find that I am actually hungry. Then at 2:30 pm I have an avocado and some greek yogurt. I generally have been skipping dinner and around 10:30 I have my evening fat snack. It might be cheese or ice cream. If I am not feeling well, I usually opt for a milk shake.

the island, salad dressing, wine mixer, etc etc I really like Katalina..instead. BUT im really interested in the meaning too and almost every website I find though is different...I cant get one solid answer. My 80 year old mother had TKR surgery last week. She says when she stands or sits for any length of time, her foot hurts and she must lay down to relieve the pain. The doctor said this is typical because of blood rushing to the foot and recommended putting the support sock on. Has anyone else experienced this? Everyone is impressed with her flexibility and she's doing her exercises regularly but this pain has really gotten her concerned and regrets getting the surgery.

Hi Brad, I agree with nickppatel re the leg activity in water polo. I played water polo for 6 years in my late teens to early twenties (then joined the military) and I have a full understanding on the amount of leg work required just to play water polo, let alone being the goalie.

Like HJohnson421 said, try wearing just cotton pants and start incorporating yogurt in your daily meal. Used to suffer from yeast infection 7 years ago all the time but, since i started eating natural or plain greek yogurt daily with my cereal or quaker oats its disappeared.

I always get Yoplait, but this time I got the Yoplait Greek Yogurt, but there's this website online it's made from feta cheese & can cause listeria infection. Idk if it's true. I always check my yogurts if their pasteurized & mine was. Idk if it's something I should be concerned? But any good yogurt suggestions you girls recommend me?

I have read that people with MS should stay away from dairy products. I love greek yogurt and wonder if this a bad to eat. I know it is a dairy product but should I not eat it again?

I have a problem with chronic pain in my left shin and have had bouts with plantar fastitis. Suddenly by shoe inserts to support my high arches feel awful. What are the right exercises and what else can I do?

The only problem I have is that it is kind of a bummer in that without the flexibility in my wrist, some of my basketball and martial arts activities that I participate in currently are limited. I still live a normal life as an engineer and go to the gym 5 - 6 times per week and never feel any pain except on REALLY cold days. I recently landscaped my backyard with no problems. As far as flexibility, I was barely able to do a flat handed push up 3 years ago. I am 30 years old currently.
