I explained that everyone is different and that since I still do basic pole dancing so I'm not completely out of shape. So what I gathered from what she said was she basically thinks I'm just fat and have defined hips and am Lying about being pregnant.

Over the last 2 years I have built up the muscles in my feet and have increased flexibility with daily stretches and exercises but still suffer from painful cramp in my arches and toes. It seems to occur when my toes are pointed for long periods of time as I tend to tense my feet quite hard.
Avatar m tn I have flexibility issues in almost all of my joints (Knees, elbow, wrist, ankle). Coincidentally, all the joints in the right side of my body are worse. I cannot squat as the back of my feet cannot touch my butt, my hand cannot touch my shoulder, cannot do pushup as wrist will hurt a lot. I have done xrays but doctor said my xrays are fine. Went through physiotherapy but joints flexibility does not improve no matter how much i stretched.

Avatar m tn You can take dance lessons at a local dance studio. this doesn't have to be in a class that involves others; it can be private. You don't have to go to clubs for that. The salsa can be entertaining at first, then could be a very sexy addition to your relationship.

You might be able to find classes, if not you can find belly dance dvd's to practice at home, or even look up belly dance online! Also, act like a little girl and get a hoola hoop! Great for isolating the hip area.

The doctor said this is typical because of blood rushing to the foot and recommended putting the support sock on. Has anyone else experienced this? Everyone is impressed with her flexibility and she's doing her exercises regularly but this pain has really gotten her concerned and regrets getting the surgery.

And ts also a fun way of doing it and you and your partner can play, Like play eachother with a game of tennis or baseball. He engaged in all follow up tests and recent routine tests were all normal except his abdominal CT Scan showed some swelling in his bladder lining. All urine tests were normal - no signs of blood or infection...no sense of urgency to urinate or anything else unusual.

It feels almost as though the movement is causing something in my head to be 'poked' and does feel like some kind of nerve pain. This has been happening for at least a year and it hasn't been a problem as it only really affects me when I dance and I can tolerate the pain, but I am concerned incase continuing to dance on it is damaging something.

Avatar f tn Sounds like you've broken your foot and need to go to the ER. Let me tell you, if you don't get it fixed now, your danceing days may be short lived. I walk around with fractures in my feet all the time and walking is a major chore, danceing is out of the question. Tell the ER that you need a non-narcotic pain killer. The main thing is to get the foot taken care of. Once they put it in a cast or special shoe the pain will be minimal. But you will have to rest it for about 6 weeks.
