My hips aren't expanding enough &as a result, c-section birth has entered the picture. Does anyone know of exercises or anything I can try to help my joints expand more so I can have a better chance of having a natural birth?

Besides this the 30 minutes of aerobic exercise is also important. Concentrate on which foods you have to eat and which foods you don't have to eat. Avoid eating fried foods and sweets too often. Get used to eating complex carbohydrates rather than refined once. I hope this will help.
