Avatar m tn I have teared my lateral meniscus some 6 years back while playing cricket. Back then i got treated with some pills and some exercises. My knee is seen with little inflamation always and sometimes its painful while walking fast and going up the stairs. Can some time expalin my health condition. Do i need a surgery. The tear is a horizontal tear and recent scan it say 2.5mm cyst is seen. Need a proper help pls !

Im paranoid if i gain too much weight my baby will be too big and cause difficulties during labor which terrifies me..Im wanting to avoid a c section so bad!

It's uncomfortable to sit even for short periods of time as there is a dull pain from my glutes down the back of my legs. I have been to a spinal PT and I temporarily felt better but not much. He focused only on my spine and said my movement was very limited for a 27 year old.

Avatar n tn Also if you do shoulder exercises that will relieve the tension in those muscles, then these bumps will disappear. They could also be wheals or hives. However it is difficult to comment beyond this without examination. Do get them examined by a doctor. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Avatar m tn ve been diligent with my physical therapy and I have full flexibility in the leg. I can bend the leg at the knee and I can fully extend it. I can put weight on the leg and the doctor no longer requires me to wear the surgical boot. I still need to use a cane or crutches to get around. How long does it take for the tibia fracture to fully heal, and is there anything I can do to quicken the healing process on my own other than exercises and physical therapy? Thank you.

Avatar m tn I was doing all the physiotherapy exercises but it never got better.I avoided playing sports till June 2015 when I played friendly backyard cricket. I managed to sprain my other ankle as well and it was also a ligament rupture(and not a fracture). My ankle was put in a splint and I didn't put weight on it for 4-5 weeks (used crutches).I also did all the recommended exercises regularly to regain its strength. Nothing improved and I started having inner ankle pain.

The first few days flexibility improved gradually, but then the bursitis came back. I had an X-ray exam but the doctor said that it only showed my old trauma and nothing new. The doctor said this is typical because of blood rushing to the foot and recommended putting the support sock on. Has anyone else experienced this? Everyone is impressed with her flexibility and she's doing her exercises regularly but this pain has really gotten her concerned and regrets getting the surgery.

I am still unable to work at a job that requires walking or standing. I was a real estate agent and had to quit after 11 years. I am worried that is may have come loose.
