Avatar n tn s all you do, but when you return to doing what it is you really want to do the pain just eventually comes back again, but you do have the advantage when seeing one in person of having them look at you doing the exercise several times so you know you're doing it correctly. Avatar n tn My right arm was normal with no decreased flexibility. There was no pain, and I just figured the problem with the left arm was reduced flexibility due to aging. Then about 4-5 months ago, I noticed that the range of motion had reduced even more. Maybe a few more inches. Still no real pain. This basically only affected the ability to reach behind my back and wash it in the shower. Up until that time, it never entered my mind that something could be wrong with my shoulder/upper arm.

Do this 2 to 4 times on each side. Your tricep runs along the back of your upper arm.

I've improved a lot and can now do the splits however I recently strained my right leg muscles, especially in the thigh. It's not getting any better and I am getting stiffer and less flexible as it is too painful to stretch. Is there any way I could stretch again soon and make the muscle loosen again?
