Avatar f tn Cardio will definitely add to the definition and burn fat, but only if your cardio is at an intense level (as determined by age and other factors- consult doctor) for 20 minutes or more. Generally powerwalking for about 30 mins a day will help a lot. Then there's interval training where if you want to jog, sprint, run, walk, that'd be a good example. Do at least 3 reps starting out, and mix it so that you can build up for more intensity. Again, 30 mins should do the trick.
