Try the ARB approach with a max or ultra-max high dosage (as long as your doctor lets you) and see if that reduces aortic size and aortic flexibility (the "pulse pressure" is one way to estimate the flexibility - Google it). If so, then perhaps you can talk to your doctor about athletics.

Avatar m tn I have flexibility issues in almost all of my joints (Knees, elbow, wrist, ankle). Coincidentally, all the joints in the right side of my body are worse. I cannot squat as the back of my feet cannot touch my butt, my hand cannot touch my shoulder, cannot do pushup as wrist will hurt a lot. I have done xrays but doctor said my xrays are fine. Went through physiotherapy but joints flexibility does not improve no matter how much i stretched.

But that leaves that huge middle which is still based on your enjoyment, not necessity.

Avatar f tn You have to be super active to keep baby pressing down. I was walking 3 miles a day for weeks with both of my kids. I had to be induced with my first and had a csection, went into labor at 39+2 with #2 and had a vbac.

I'm just curious when do u guys think I should fully stop??? I haven't gone for ultrasound yet but have done the blood test (haven't received results) I think I'm roughly 7 weeks maybe even 8. not sure if I should stop ASAP or continue if some dancing but only if it wont strain the baby! what's ur opinion???

They just opened a dance room offering zumba classes across the street & I really wanna go but I'm not sure it if it's okay. My ob dr. just said "ummhmm" like 3 times (not really listening) when I asked her so she didn't give me a yes or no answer. What do you ladies think?

Avatar f tn I suggest you to eat frequent small meals and eat more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein and less of fats, butter and potato etc. Drink lots of water and consume fruits rich in vitamin C as it is a fat burner. Get a diet chart made from a nutritionist. Indulge in aerobic exercises, dancing, brisk walking or jogging. This will help in burning calories faster.
