You can actually increase your height with certain foreign physical activities,
and simple things like yoga. You do a lot of
stretching, you can actually grow an extra inch at the end of the class, and if you do it regularly, build up muscles and strengthen your posture you will truly appear taller. You can stretch your legs, and your spine. But your a guy, so you may find yoga to be a little girly for you. The thing is, its very good for strengthening as well if you find the right kind.
