m 9+1 and I went in for abdominal pain with no bleeding. They said the clot was about the size of a fingernail and gave me a week of bed rest. I can't call my OB for a second opinion/ checkup ultrasound until Monday and I'm super worried.
Has anyone else experienced this and everything was ok? Please help. I'd love to hear sucess stories to ease my mind.

hi i am only 19 years old. i just had a baby about 5 months ago...n i had a c section....anyway 3 months after i had my baby i had been very sick.......i've been feelin fatigue...n when i be on my menestration i have real big blood clots...then one day i woke u n i happen to look at my nails and there where these spliter like blood clots in my name....i was very terrified....i had asked around but i didnt get no answer......
I am very worried particularly about the possibility of her blood getting in me through the splinter hemorrhage on my fingernail bed. Please help...when shoulld I test again?
Also, this is probably me just worrying even more, but I have what I think is a splinter hemorrhage on one finger nail. It's just one tiny brown line on one fingernail, so it could be because of trauma to my nail that I don't remember. I did some googling, and I'm worrying even more because I found out this is a symptom of endocarditis, inflammation of the valves of the heart. Could anyone have some advice to calm me down?

Hi just a quick question, I went for a scan yesterday after a bit off spotting when wiping the baby looked to be ok and the heartbeat was seen however the scan showed slight a hemorrhage opposite the sac the midwife didn't seem too worried about it and said it sometimes sorts itself out so discharged me from the EPU but did say if I have anymore bleeding to go back and be scanned again and they would measure the hemorrhage.

About two months ago my fingernail developed a black mark near the nailbed. It has since continued up toward the top of the nail while changing brownish now puple with the uppermost tip is turning white. I have an appointment in October.It doesn't hurt and does not appear to look fungal according to my doctor. Is October to long to wait? I read that melanoma can develop under the nail.
My question is if the wetness I felt on the door handle had been blood and it had gotten on my fingertips and nails and had been wet hiv blood and it got on the fingernail that I punctured and cut my chin with could I have gotten hiv from my fingernail with wet hiv blood puncturing and cutting my chin? ve had this happen to me more than once) Any serious crunching to the nail on your finger will cause this to happen - the bruising underneath the nail is what causes it to fall off, and the bump in the middle of where the nail used to be is actually the new fingernail growing back.
