Hi I just want to know what can cause some or all of these combined symptoms, Hair thinning, lost of appetite, a few dark toenails but not all of them, 1 fingernail half light pink half light brown with vertical lines no ridges, wart on ball of both feet and lately some lost of taste (I'm thinking due to thin white film on tongue) I was a Severe smoker until recently when I stopped.

s between my groin and leg. I am thinking that it is a fungus but am not certainly sure. I already tried applying Lamisil fungus cream for a week with out change. Then i tried a 2% Ketoconazole cream for around 7 days now and i don't see much of a change neither.
I attached 3 pictures. 2 are in normal state and the third one is after applying the Ketoconazole cream which makes the spots more even red.
So about three years ago during wrestling season i first noticed this fungus on my groin. The sides of my scrotum were red and very itchy. When itched my skin would flake and fall off. It also had a funny odor to it. I tried many creams and powders but nothing seemed to work. As time passed the fungus moved to my thighs derectly next to my scrotum. But three years later it is no longer red or itchy. It is a white color and looks a little scaly.
They look whitish and when I scrape them off with a paper towel or my fingernail it is not red or bleeding underneath. It feels like skin when I scrape it out and touch it with my fingers. Does this sound like thrush? Does thrush feel like skin when touched? My mouth has been excessively dry for the past year, I have to sip water constantly and chew sugar free gum. Could it just be caused by the dry mouth? I tested negative for HIV a year ago on rapid tests.
She has always had strange looking bugs that attach to her neck area that are grey and sometimes black that have kinda a fingernail with legs kinda look to them. Every time he sees said bugs he immediately removes them and puts antibiotic on.

I have what I believe is a fungus infection on my scrotum. It started like a round spot with discoloration and it was itchy. I went to get checked out for STD's and was told it was a fungus and to use Lotrimin Ultra. I used and the itching seemed to go away but the spot never really disappeared. Now it seems to have grown bigger. It's itchy. I applied apple vinegar and that area turns white. I have had this off and on for about a year.
So about 2 weeks ago (after putting a cuticle out) the base of my fingernail got infected its red and swollen doesnt hurt much but when i touch it, then about a week ago i began to have these little white bumps on my finger tips they very in size but none bigger than 1/16in, they have now sped to some of my palm, they have no liquid in them they are only white and they open easly when scrached but they do not itch or hurt, my guess is i touched something im aleric to but i have never really been
No apparent necrosis, but the fingernail has separated and also *appears* to be infected with fungus. She has had IV antibiotics twice as well as antibiotic and antifungal pills, and it was non-responsive to the drugs. Tested negative for MRSA. Finger hurts and is pinkish-red. It is dry with no discharge.
i have had for over lets say 1 year the baddest of the baddest finger fungus....i dunt know how to cure it.. i really need help...my fingers are not soft anymore..my fingers are cracking and they always bleed..i need help...they buff up big time...and it seems that you can see like little water bubble in the skin...and i always pop them..if you can really help me pls...it would be amazing..i would really like my fingers back..
