I might be in the wrong forum as well but I was prescribed lamisil after a positive test for Onychomycosis on my toenails. I was told to take one tablet a day for 3 months. My doctor did check my liver before starting and he called to say everything was normal and to go forth with the treatment.

Hi I just want to know what can cause some or all of these combined symptoms, Hair thinning, lost of appetite, a few dark toenails but not all of them, 1 fingernail half light pink half light brown with vertical lines no ridges, wart on ball of both feet and lately some lost of taste (I'm thinking due to thin white film on tongue) I was a Severe smoker until recently when I stopped.

It is fairly certain you have Tinea corporis(Fungus). Scraping for fungus with KOH test would establish the diagnosis.
But then ,these fungi tend to be recurrent and may need courses of Griseofulvin from time to time and external application of terbinafine.
Surely weight control, and keeping the area dry with clotrimazole powder helps in controlling recurrences.
Nowadays more derms prescribe oral terebinafine.

I have part of this problem as well, though the itching only happens occasionally. Usually, it's just the dry skin. You're probably going to get a host of answers here. Frankly, I've never really tried to cure it, but I have heard that a colloidal silver spray works, but you have to spray your shoes, not just your feet. Taking oregano oil internally might help, as might pao d'arco, but it also might not. It hasn't for me.
So about 2 weeks ago (after putting a cuticle out) the base of my fingernail got infected its red and swollen doesnt hurt much but when i touch it, then about a week ago i began to have these little white bumps on my finger tips they very in size but none bigger than 1/16in, they have now sped to some of my palm, they have no liquid in them they are only white and they open easly when scrached but they do not itch or hurt, my guess is i touched something im aleric to but i have never really been

Sweating and odd odor sound like a fungus or yeast. You need to keep dry. Skin is also more sensative when damp. You sure it wasn't rubbing against clothes or so.
one of them had the same width as the others, but was about three times as long. i was able to remove two of them with my fingernail, they looked like little black pepper flakes. i was able to get most of the long one, but a cant get the remaining particle, and the fourth one seemed to be imbedded. the pthers easily popped out with a little jostling.

i have these white spots on my back and chest and not a lot but enough to worry. Sounds fungus related! I've had it. My son has had it. Does it ever itch? You can go to the drug store, they make fungal medication/creams specifically for this issue. Lamisil is a brand for example. but there are others. Fungus spreads. So, treat it. And if unsure, go see a doctor for confirmation and guidance.
