Hello, Pitting of the nails, resembling a number of small dents, could be due to a skin condition known as psoriasis. Distorted nails can also be due to fungal infection, hardening of the arteries and vitamin deficiency. the other possibility is of koilonychia. It is an abnormal shape of the fingernail. The nail has raised ridges and is thin and curved inward. This disorder is associated with iron deficiency anemia.

IT DOESN'T STICK OUT LIKE A TUMOR, BUT THE AREA HAS NO FEELING, THE SKIN OF THE ORIGINAL GOOSE EGG SIZE AREA IS SO DRY IT CAN BE SCRAPED OFF WITH A FINGERNAIL AND IT'S JUST LIKE CRUMBLED POTATO CHIPS IN TEXTURE. THE ENTIRE AREA IS A DARKENED COLOR AND IT ACTS AS IF IT IS HOLDING WATER (IT DENTS WHEN PUSHED ON AND HOLDS THE DENT FOR A WHILE). THE SKIN IS STRANGE LOOKING IN THAT THERE ARE HOLES (PROBABLY HAIR FOLLICLES) SCATTERED ACROSS THE SURFACE.
