Good morning forum, about 1 week ago i had protected sex with a prositute in Russia. My risk was picking my nose after the intercourse with possible vaginal fluids on my fingers due to touching and taking off my condom. When i took out my finger it had a little blood on it, which meant that the mucous membranes were cracked and bleeding. The time between the picking and touching the condom was around 15 seconds, I did not touch anything else as i recall.
I have a habit of picking the teeth with finger nails, I did the picking with the very nail several minutes(or even longer) after the inserting, and the pick also led to bleeding of my gums. I remembered I did a simple wash my fingers with tap water after the inserting.
It was a real bleeding contact, I was very worried in these days, could any of you please help to give me an scientific analysis? Do I have a chance to contract HIV? Do I need to go for a antibody test?
My friend had excused himself because of the nose bleed but I did not know that is why he excused himself! The finger that I picked my nose with did indeed have blood on it! Right where I had held the pen. How much of a risk is this? Please advise! Scared S___less!

Hey, I´m working in a picking apple farm from the last 2 months, and now I´m feeling my arms really really sore. My hands and finger went swollen and my arms and nerves are really painful. I stay for many hours with my arm up to my head the whole day picking apples. I would like to now if is a muscle problem or nerves or blood circulation and what I should do to stop the pain or not have any other further problem.
It was very quick reflex. I was picking for about 1 mins. After the picking session, I noticed blood stains in my 2 fingers, index and middle fingers. The blood stain was exactly at the nails internal part. I got panicked and thought I might have touched something with contaminated blood at the toilet without my knowlegde. First, I thought it might be my own blood from the nose picking incident but I had the stains in 2 fingers whereas I just used my index finger to pick it.
An inmate needed to get his blood sugar tested. The nurse pricked his finger and took his sugar. When I took him back to his cell I un cuffed him. My hands never touched his finger when removing the handcuffs. After I did that I took my gloves off briefly and had to put them back on, but I put them on inside out. I don’t remember touching the blood but am really worried because I don’t know if the guy was hiv positive and I also had a small cut on my hand.
Is there any way, that does not involve medication, to stop picking my scalp? Its a really bad habit I have had on and off for years, and I can usually get rid of it for a little but it always comes back.

We then resumed unprotected oral sex for a bit and she placed her finger in my anus. I have this odd bump in the first joint of my middle finger that feels like a bone. It's not visible from the outside but if I move my other finger on it I can feel it. Not only that, but if I put pressure on the bump/area it causes a tingling sensation only in that finger tip. If I push on it with my thumb it just feels like a more knobby knuckle (on only the right side) however even that little pressure tingles my finger tip.
ve been having minor pain in the smallest joint on my fourth finger on my right hand. Because I work seven days a week during the school year, I never saw the doctor. But it started getting worse. It hurts, if my fist is closed, to bump the knuckle from above. It also hurts to stretch my fingers out (laying flat is okay, but if I try to stretch them at all, it hurts).
I know I shouldn't have done this, but the the other day I was scratching and picking at a mole. I stopped, but the mole got crusty and smaller, and eventually just fell off. There was very little bleeding. However, I was wondering if scratching or picking at a mole makes it become cancerous in anyway. I'm getting checked out by a dermatologist but I'm just a little worried if picking a mole can cause it to become cancerous. Can someone help me out here? Thanks.
I didn't have any open cuts on my finger but I did have dry peeling skin from picking at the skin sometimes. But there weren't any open cuts and no bleeding when the syringe rubbed against my finger. So the dry peeling skin wouldn't be a point of entry?
Last Thursday, I stretched my penis gland skin, I saw a 1mm diamter white bump. If I don't stretch the penis gland skin, the bump is not that visible. I used my finger nail and pluck it, a thin layer of skin is torn and till today after a week, i can see that it seem like a scar is formed, uneven skin.
Today, another 1mm of skin tag or wart (not sure). I also use my finger nail to pluck it, it bleeds.
Can some one tell me whether those are wart or cyst or normal penis gland skin.

I was such a beautiful girl and due to my picking, I have become ugly. It is horrifying to look at myself as I change. My constant picking have created dark scars. Both my arms and both my legs are not visibly appealing. My skin easily gets cut from touching anything and then I end up picking at it until the scab gets bigger and bigger, and finally until it leaves a scar. My mom tells me to stop, and I want to but I can't. I'm afraid I will never meet anyone this way...

I just relized that the problem I have has a name. (CSP) compulsive skin picking. I was watching A&E and this lady christin was picking her face and it was described as CSP. I was floored. I saw in her what I have been doing to myself throughout my teenage and adult life. When I got married a year ago, my husband told me I had a problem. I just disregarded what he was saying. Tonight, I had to apologize to him. My biggest problems are scab picking, face picking, and toe picking.
I see restaurant employees clearing tables and picking up 4 or 5 glasses by spreading their hand out and putting their fingers in the glasses to maximize the amount they can clear with one hand. Again, the employees are clearing not serving. When a customer with Hepatitis uses their drink glass and the bus staff has a cut on their finger are they at risk of contracting it? I try to discourage the practice when I see it out in restaurants but maybe I am just ignorant and stop. Any comments?
